I guess the Boys...not sure if that will make Dalton Castle happy, but he's hardly used as well
Dalton is used in ROH a lot. Has a match against John Morrison (forgot his name in aew) at this upcoming ROH PPV.

I'm wondering if Dalton is getting ready to go through a character change or if not I'm guessing they could always hire local talent in the city they are in to be The Boys as it'll probably be cheaper

Come on Adam did Tony ask you to come out and cut the homer promo for AEW?

Jay White v Billy Gunn was hilarious. Has to be one of the worst dynamite matches ever.

I'm almost positive he did. Damage control at its' best. TK's way of contradicting Punk's interview with Helwani.

I didn't think it was crappy overall. The white/gunn match was certainly a downer and the rah rah copeland speech was cringe, but the danielson/archer, ospreay/hobbs matches I thought were good and the joe/swerve ending was great

The Danielson/Archer and Ospreay/Hobbs matches were meh to me. I just don't think high flyers vs powerhouses are ever good matchups. The Ospreay match vs Hobbs was a let down over the other matches he's had vs the family.

The Copeland promo was terrible and wasn't needed at all. It was clearly in response to the Punk interview, but it probably would have been better if they just ignored that.

So, Sasha wants the winner of Willow/Julia? The ranking system doesnt apply to her either I guess? Since it didnt matter to Okada. If you're not going to go by the rankings, then stop showing the damn win/losses thing.

You guys are totally right!!

He couldn't possibly have meant every word he said, or wanted to do it himself....was totally the boss MAKING him do it...

Even you can't (I think) disagree with the following:

It's incredibly minor league to go out of your way to have a guy cut a promo because of what 1 individual said. You think WWE would do that in a role reversal? Absolutely not.

I watched it on twitter. Cringeworthy and embarrassing as an Edge fan.

I didn't say it was good...or that it wasn't a response to the Punk interview..

But it's highly laughable for people to say Tony MADE him do it..

Maybe Copeland wanted/asked to do it himself because he really does believe every word he said....or maybe Tony did ask him..

But I'm pretty damn sure he wouldn't have done it if he didn't want to...not cuz he was told to

*cue the...well he's getting paid $$$$$ by the mark so of course he'll do anything he's told...comments

Whoever's decision it was, it was a bad one for sure. Even on Wrestling boards with pro AEW fans they don't like it and for good reason.

Still skeptical thats gonna happen. The graphic on collision said the Young Bucks were gonna release the video and it just screams total troll job. I wouldn't completely put it past tony but I'm not expecting it to be what actually happened

Tony takes everything personal. Instead of just focusing on trying to improve his company that is circling the drain he has to get invovled in petty stuff like this.

I say go for it. TK hasn't said anything about it all the times he's been asked about the incident. He's always said something like that he prefers not to talk about it. The Bucks haven't said anything about it either.

But Punk goes on that interview earlier this week and could have declined to talk about it but instead he opens his mouth.

Plus punk and WWE (Trips) have been taking little shots about Osprey. HHH is mad he didn't sign with them and his response during the interview with McAfee shows that. Then last night Punk asks Miz if he's going to get a tattoo with the attendance number on him which is another shot at osprey who had zero part in the whole incident at All In but decided to sign with AEW because he wouldn't have to upend his family and move them to the states but instead he gets to travel home and is making more money for fewer dates which don't tell me if a company offered you more money and less work than your current job or another company you wouldn't take it.

Now I honestly don't know what is going to be shown on Wednesday but maybe it's a way to bring Perry back and have him join the Elite.

.
He literally went on TV and said he feared for his life and that's why he fired him......

He gave a reason why he fired Punk that's it. Never mentioned anything that went down backstage. Punk said this week that he choked Perry.

Also have heard that he tried to put him in a rear naked choke hold but it was done so bad it was reversed/escaped from rather quickly.

So let them release the footage because it'll show if what punk said on that podcast this week is true or if he's lying. You can't allow someone to talk #@#@#@#@ about you and not be allowed to have their say if they have receipts.

I'm not trying to argue, but you said he didn't say anything. He went on TV and said he feared for his life as a result of what happened in that incident, so yes, he absolutely did say something.

Whether Punk was 100% honest or 100% full of crap, if they rreally do show what happened it's a loss for AEW regardless.

The footage showed exactly what punk said happened. AEW releasing this footage makes them look really bad imo.

I mean he said he thought he was doing the responsible thing...

Obviously we don't know what was said...but Perry seemed calmed and composed, and Punk got physical first..

Also not to mention...Punk approached him..
