Are you referring to the marks that are part of the design or something else?

The white scratches (pixel artifacts?) are part of the design for the backgrounds? Must be old age and bad eyesight.

Surprised the 2018 Brooklyn didn’t sell out during this 40% off promo. That class is so stacked, but $600 is a steep investment for sure.

I bought a couple to put away sealed since it’s the first year product.

I missed out on this year’s Brooklyn when it qualified for the discount. I would have purchased several 20-count lots at that price and would happily pay more than that $120 sale price now.

I don’t mind the design. Maybe not quite as cool as 2019, but still looks nice.

That is a solid price. I tried to get at that, but must have just missed. I got one 2018 which I like the price of, but I just wasn't sure how much I like it.

I do like the 2018 set it just needed to add more value by adding a few base cards but at the time Topps wanted to stick to their guns on having the highest per card cost release be part of 2018's set (I know that wasn't their wording). The 2018 autos of Acuna, Gleyber, and Soto are very nice not to mention Trout, Aaron, Ohtani, Koufax, etc.

The 2019 base cards are so well designed that they have a fairly strong secondary market and once these dry up (which will happen now that they're sold out) this set could do very well.

In case anyone was wondering about the Bowman Sterling Presale situation, I talked to a “customer service” representative at Topps to inquire about multiple 3-box orders on one membership account. I went directly to the ordering page and saw 3 per cart and figured it was like 2019 Brooklyn Collection boxes. So, I ordered 15 total boxes. When I got around to checking email, I saw the three per membership note. Of course, I read about it plenty on here. Well, my card has been charged for all orders (no surprise). I called to ask what the process will be as I would either like a refund or go ahead with my plans to receive 15 boxes. After giving me a non-answer, the rep asked me if I wanted him to check with a manager. He put me on hold for maybe 45 seconds, came back and said the answer was “there is no plan right now to cancel orders, but if they do, I will get an email and my money will be refunded.”

Now how about that for a definitive and helpful answer. Hope that little gem helps others in a similar situation.
