To earn more money, they are running a business so that's usually the goal. There current service is top notch but if I was in their position I would be looking at ways to expand the services they offer to create additional revenue streams.

TBH If they switched to a paid members only submission group with no added perks, I wouldn't be surprised if the majority of their current customer base would stick around myself included. The fact that they were willing to put in all the extra hours to process everything received before the rumored price hike just shows their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers, that a lone is worth a few extra bucks a month and I didn't even send any cards that week.

We do not plan on charging for the ability to submit with us but if you want to pay us a monthly fee for fun we will happily accept it.

I am in this one also....REALLY excited about it with some of the "older" stuff I have in it. The bad thing is that values have exploded since going in, so hoping for some upcharges.

And.....also had a personal move from Assembly to QA 1 this week - starting to feel like the good ole days!


EDIT - I also think this was when the modern cards were $8 per...can you confirm that mmayville?

It was $10 per card I believe. I checked my original confirmation email and it looks like the estimated fees would line up with $10 per.

But I could be wrong....

If everyone else’s price is $10 yours is $11 :-).

Considering how express had been about 1 month, it is crazy that the last complete was express 6 with a 2/2 received date. Fast approaching 2 month turn around. They will definitely have to fix this if they want people to use this service. I looked through that sub and shook my head at a few cards in there 53/130 gem rate and many ultra modern did not gem. Well express 12 MIGHT pop by end of month. 136/137? Not likely.

Yeah it really sucks how bogged down Express has become now. The new normal. I got a loooong line ahead of me as I'm in 2021.16

I know the pain, we have a 2 day for our cards that was sent in early February that isnt logged yet. Fun when they miss one and then all hell breaks loose on cards coming in.

The Economy Complete Through Date jumped to August 31 which is good progress. Come on Standard .85!!!

Nice! Standard .71 and .85 were logged on 9/8 and 9/14, respectively. So if everything up until 8/31 is complete, then hopefully that means we’re only a few weeks away from these getting completed as well.

Just curious what the "check in" times are for PC, considering the number of subs you guys send in.

I sent in some personals that have been checked in to PSA's system REALLY quick lately, I think the bar code on the outside of the box is helpful in at least knowing your cards have been received and are at least in their possession now.

For example, I shipped a couple orders last week that have both already been checked in, so I can at least see them as "arrived" in my dashboard now, and begin my daily "did the pizza tracker move" routine each morning

Wow, really? I thought it meant they were completed. To say all submissions from 7 months ago are now logged as is pathetic. Although, looking at PCSC’s website, it does look like there are some old bulk subs that were logged earlier in August that haven’t been completed yet. Unless those bulks are in a different bucket that have an older “complete through date.”

Group subs are not equal to general population subs from my understanding. Could be wrong but I’m not sure.

Not true. From the website. Complete Through Date means what it says. All orders are completed up to the CTD.

A service level’s Complete Through Date is the day before the date of the oldest open order in the PSA system for that service level.
