My other accounts it won’t let me add it keeps saying swing and miss. I log in go to the link and nothing. It worked on one of my accounts, but not the others

I had this issue when I tried to look at bundi sapphire a few weeks ago. I called their support line and they said that my account was not listed as a montgomery club member for some reason. They were able to fix it quickly.

Lets me add to cart and get all the way to commit to purchase, but then I get the spinning circle and it goes back to the purchase screen. Will not let me purchase.
