Rampage is a joke so there is no reason not to set that up as a pure ROH show and have only guys wrestle for ROH on that. No reason to bring all these guys from all these different promotions onto AEW so Khan can be a fan boy and have matches that the majority of of fans don't know who these guys are because they don't watch these foreign promotions. It's also a disservice to the bloated roster he has of guys not being able to get time on TV when he brings guys in from the outside promotions.
Perhaps he is trying to gauge interest in order to make ROH its own show? I don't know, but just a thought for maybe something they are doing behind the scenes.

anybody worried about AEW?

you see the videos of the crowd? it's horrible.

something has to change. firing CM Punk imo really hurt the company, big time. AEW needs to get back to the small arenas and even civic centers, sell out those 5,000 seat arenas instead of going for the monster 10K arenas that only sell half the place out.

i fear AEW will end up going the way of Impact wrestling, which i hope it doesn't. but you see videos of the arena, and they are EMPTY

I have read articles Tony is more worried about trying to bad mouth and run down the WWE then he is trying to improve his own company. He really needs to stop doing a Dixie Carter and hire people who know what they are doing to run it. If not as you said within 2 years this company will go under.

if worse comes to worse, AEW needs to go back to their covid heyday and do shows from Jacksonville again.

but seeing the photos of the audience right now is just depressing.

Tony Khan bought ROH almost two years ago. By all accounts, he wanted to find a channel that would be interested in putting ROH on TV. That hasn't happened. He's long past the point of "trying to gauge interest."

Great match between Danielson/Claudio on Collision last night. Best AEW TV match of the year for me.

Was I the only one alarmed and put off at Harley wielding a knife? Ruby was the only smart one in that segment - she got to leave early.

He's one of their main guys and workhorses and does win a lot but certainly not unbeatable. His 2023 AEW record is 28-11. There are many others on the roster that have better win percentages. O.C. is 45-6, Darby Allen 29-8, MJF 18-3-1, Anthony Bowen 26-6, Malakai Black 14-2-1, Hook 16-3, Hobbs 17-6

I went to Collision when it was in Erie, PA. The crowd wasnt huge, but it wasnt empty. AEW seems set on being New Japan America. I watch both Wednesday and Saturday nights and dont bother with WWE, but I have to say I am starting to get bored. All the AEW originals who wanted the show to get back to 2019-2020 AEW are getting their wish, because its bad again.

Punk's 1st run in AEW was accompanied with some really great television. You could tell he had lost a bit in the ring, but he is a complete animal on the Mic. MJF has that ability too, but without anyone to work with its getting a bit stale.

Tony's fascination with pushing absolute hacks like Eddie Kingston is baffling to me, but he is slowly but surely losing me. I wont switch over to WWE but I'll also have no problem not watching wrestling.

Not sure why you won't give a chance WWE a chance. It's head and tails better then AEW which is getting worse each month.

So pretty much how he talks in that article it's safe bet the rumors are true he did re-sign with AEW and that he's going to take time off after the PPV to get surgery get his body right.

hahaha what an awesome article. good stuff. love AEW, it's all pure wrestling. reminds me so much of WCW, and i was never a fan of WCW when i was a kid, i was a WWF kid.

but to me, WCW had better wrestling. WWF had better storylines.

i'll take the wrestling over the story lines now as an adult.

I've tried. Actually, tried incredibly hard when Bray Wyatt came back with the White Rabbitt stuff. But to me it's just incredibly hokey. Where AEW is too heavy on the wrestling, WWE is too heavy on the acting. Tried a few times recently because AEW has been on a major downswing, but it's just not my cup of tea.

See people riping into Jericho today. Saying he had Kylie Rae come to his dressing room. She thought others would be there was just him in the locker room and he made a pass at her. She ended up quitting AEW over it. While if true he's married and should have not done that unless he said sleep with me if you want a career in AEW I don't see a reason to want to cancel him. How many people cheat on their spouses esp in the wrestling business? Heck WWE made it a program of Lita cheating in real life on Matt Hardy.

If any of that is true his behavior is disgusting.

Shouldn't have to worry about being sexed up at work. He can go meet up with the ring rats at bars.

That championship match kind of sucked. Not even 20 mintues and when Cole came out in all black you knew he was going to be the devil at the end.

Now I hope MJF takes some time off to heal and they can do a program once Cole is finally healthy

This is the issue with having a massive bloated roster, only so many paper view spots available. It's the reason why every AEW PPV has 2-3 worthless six and eight man matches. its' just a way to get more guys on the card and actually use them. There is no possible way to get all their guys time, Kahn should be cutting the roster but he instead continues to add seemingly every week. I doubt they are making any money but Daddy must not care about wasting his money.
