The Bron /49 is a $500 card? You can get an Undertaker on card autos for less. I guess you may find some morons but I can't believe Bron non auto parallels are going to sell higher than top autos of the biggest names from Topps and older brands.

For anyone that knows nothing about WWE products just take a minute to search ebay. How many cards are there that are not 1/1s are selling for more than a single box of WWE Prizm hobby? Also, unlike football and basketball Prizm there are no monster hits in this product. For $900 a box are there any $250,000 cards you can hit? No. $100,000? No. $50,000? No. $10,000? Maybe a few. There are 2 total ebay sales on WWE cards over $10,000 the last 3 months. The highest being a Roman Reigns Superfractor rookie auto 1/1 PSA 10 for $15,000. Probably his most valuable card. Even if there are a couple in Prizm you can hit a 1 in a million lottery shot and barely make over 10 times your money. Does that sound like a good bet?

havent WWE cards been setting record sales in the last 3 months? maybe trending down for the bottom tier, but the big names have certainly gone up

the black 1/1 rock will be close to 50k I bet i know people who will pay 20 for a gold /10, you keep comparing this to Topps, its not close go check the ufc market out topps was junk and sold for cheap (most still do) then prizm came out and set record after record

The one thing overall in the hobby going up is the rarest of the rare tippy top cards of the top names. So maybe a few in this product the cards will be worth more than if it came out months ago. Probably the top few sellers like The Rock. Everything else for the most part has stayed the same or gone down. I just think the odds of you at least doubling your money versus losing well over 50% are pretty slim. I don't even wanna guess what the odds are of getting back 5 times your money on a box? 1 in 2,500? There are going to be endless boxes with less than $200 worth of cards. There is no monster card like the Lebron triple logman or something worth well into the six figures to justify it.

I know it's a Topps card but apples to apples, this is a three way sticker auto of Farrooq, Triple H, and The Undertaker. This went for less than $700 five or so weeks ago.

I don't know if there is a single auto in Prizm that is cooler than this. No, Farrooq doesn't ruin the card since the dude is a living legend and probably one of the most respected guys to ever step foot in a ring.

This happened to UFC as well though. People pretended like Topps never made a UFC card and like a moth to a flame, everyone gravitated to Prizm. I was able to get so many nice Miocic cards for a bit after UFC Prizm came out.

That card will be murdered by the Austin/Bret dual and the Hogan/Goldberg dual.

keeping it sealed you will make money, opening will be rough, too many names on the checklist. There are some big cards but im not chasing them i bought some just to stash and sell when the box prices rise, all it takes is a few big sales then people start ripping

I just hope the Hogan, Austin, and Bret stickers contain the autographs. They have very large sigs.

You're probably right, people will pay up for those even if they are stickers and you can get the individual signers on-card for probably less.

Nothing about this market makes any sense to me.

I have three boxes that I'll be holding long term.

I am a sucker for debut editions but will probably buy some packs to open

If there are only 2 numbered cards per Hobby box either distributors are sitting on a ton or there is a mountain or retail coming or both.

Also checklist indicates there will be a /199 box set presumably Dutch auction like everything else. Big bucks there I'm sure.

Or there isn't much printed?

Guess we will find out quickly once this is smashed on the breaker side

100 percent more than 2 a box. The box I watched had 7

Do we know for sure they ARE stickers?

On card gives them the room, they all have great autos.

Yeah I'm willing to bet it'll average 6 numbered cards per box. FOTL is the only boxes people should be opening.

Prizm has never had on-card autographs as far as I can remember. The sell sheet features all sticker autographs. I'd bet anything that this is 100% sticker autographs.

It’s Panini, they’re all stickers.

It's always interesting with WWE, what images they use on cards. Even though these guys were in front of cameras their whole career, there's a slim selection of licensed photos(apparently). Panini has reused several on their inaugural release. Here's a quick list, I'm sure there's more.

Andre the Giant image has been used.
Becky Lynch image has been used.
Hulk Hogan image has been used.
Rock image has been used.
Shawn Michaels image has been used.
Stone Cold image has been used.
Triple H image has been used.

Sorry this isn't true. I've been breaking at a site that always prices out wrestlers, even 60+ names at a time.

In basketball in 2018-19 they randomly had on card autos of some of the vets. I have a barkley and had a Reggie Miller
