I got a 19-20 Impeccable /3 auto mailed to me last week.

His auto looks a little different. Wondering if they had this card the whole time or if someone else has the rights to sign it!

Either way, I got it.

Just got notice they are sending out my 2018-19 Impeccable Stainless Stars Auto as well. Not sure what I will get.

Just got an overnight shipping notification, too. Mine is a 2018-19 Prizm Auto.

Got a notification also. Will see if pack or auto.

Waiting on 3 2017 optic autos. Wonder what will happen with those. The 2017 fast break redemptions getting autos at least gives some hope

Exact same card for me... No notification yet though. It would be sick if we somehow get autos out of this.

They either had a LOT more autos and/or stickers than they led on ..or some of us aren't gonna be too happy in the next 24-48 hours. Seeing a lot of comments on that IG thread saying they got notification as well.

They only thing giving me hope is seeing those optic autos replaced by the select ones.

Kobe did a signing the Thursday (I believe it was the Thursday anyways) prior to his passing...there is no doubts the auto is legit. What I heard directly from Panini is that they had to get permission from the Bryant Estate and Vanessa before sending out any of the autographs that Kobe signed prior to his passing AND to get approval to have the Mamba packs.

Why would they send out redemptions of fake autos? They would just give the packs out. They wouldn’t risk that to take care of people who never expected them to step up and redeem the autos anyways.

there are alot of reasons, mostly money, and there are a ton of redemptions that people arent going to accept some stupid optic packs for, especially if we are saying the above kobe is a 32k card. I dont undertsand why they would have to get permisson to ship cards that were already under contract with products that were made 2 and 3 yrs ago that if real were already signed before his passing.

Honestly, if they're going to fake autographs, why limit them? They could simply say they have a book of his sticker autographs and just start attaching them to cards to satisfy ALL their redemptions.

They aren’t obligated to replace with what the value of the card is now. They get to basically do anything they want. There is no reason a company that is basically printing money would risk how big of a story it would be to replace a couple hundred Kobe autos with fake ones. They would just give out the packs. It just doesn’t make sense.
