that's my guess too. Since I had a bulk order that they logged on 11/11 that already came back....

I sent in an 18 card Crossover Sub that just popped. I got royally screwed.

For all of those who say PSA will basically automatically bump Gem+ cards, you are wrong. Almost every single one of these was Gem+, with some having two 10's and two 9.5's, and they still didn't cross. No idea how the two with "Min Size Req" were slabbed in the first place, but whatever. I think I got a grumpy ass grader. Either way, lots of money down the drain on this one.

Yeah, the people that say that likely haven't crossed over more than one card.

PSA simply refuses to crossover in a reasonable manor as they know people are doing it for a value increase. And for me, I'm not one to crack a true gem + out of a case (instantaneously destroying value). My last crossover sub attempt was a royal kick in the balls.

Have also noticed they are getting stingy on the crossover, which just shows even more what a farcce the grading industry is.

Also, started getting worried about a five day order I sent in as it hadn’t shown up yet... nope, they got it, just haven’t entered in the eleven days since. This is just getting ridiculous.

My two orders received on 1/10 still not logged, exchanged emails with customer service and they indicated they were working on 1/8 receipts currently. They have plans to hire more people according to the message to remedy slow receipt times in the future.

That's good news I guess. I don't mind if my grades pop later than estimated.. but I'm not thrilled when it takes 3+ weeks for my orders to be put in the system.
