You didn't answer my question. Just because she wasn't prosecuted, does that mean that it wasn't wrong?

Let's, for the sake of this argument assume that what she did while handling the emails wasn't illegal, she was EXTREMELY careless in the handling of the email situation. Not only was she careless but she also REPEATEDLY LIED about it while testifying (illegal in case you were wondering). Not just little white lies either, lied about the most crucial piece of information to the entire case (whether or not classified documents were transferred or not)

Not a Kelly fan. I watched the whole debate that night and the questions asked to Trump compared to others was out of line. There is dirt on everyone on that stage, but she choose to go after only Trump. It is not her job to play favorites.

Your use of all capital letters for emphasis bounce harmlessly off the notion of plausible deniability. What you wanted to happen isn't going to happen. If the FBI couldn't make a case, what makes you think you can?

They could have made a case, they choose not to. Lewinsky wasn't the only one gagged by the Clintons. Members working on the case in the FBI were forced to sign gag orders.

I'm not sure where you're getting "ban" from "regulate", but to your point, well, the Constitiutional originalists that tend to populate your side should agree with your premise. After all, those are the only weapons the Founders knew of when the Bill of Rights that included the 2nd Amendment was adopted.

Is the Constitution a living document or not? Can't have it both ways.

Oh yea, and lying about sending classified documents isn't really plausible deniability it's lying under oath no matter how you want to phrase it

Lynch would have never crossed Hillary so the FBI had no option but to drop it
