Grabbed this Transcendent Tatis at auction from Phil Hughes. Love his YT channel. Asked for a signed card if possible, and he was kind enough to include one! Great guy.

They've definitely gone up. I'd say they've doubled in the last few weeks. You used to be able to easily grab as many retail sets as you wanted from Targets for $50.... now they are $100.

That said, they still are a good buy... but they are work to go through all of them, pull out the big four, and then determine which ones to send in. Then on top of that the waiting times at BGS and PSA are only getting worse. BGS economy is now estimated at 10+ months?!? That is ridiculous.

Yeah, now that I think about it I was seeing complete sets at Target fairly recently. Havent noticed any of late. Too busy being run over by flippers.

The Rangers have run up games before, 14-1, 30-3 etc. Also, teams can score 7 runs and catch up, bull pens can collapse, you gotta score when you can. The Manager not taking his side is pathetic.

I picked up 4 hobby sets for $59 each this weekend. No hot RC’s on the foilboard cards!! 3 of the 4 for each hot RC base cards are mint though, so that’s good.

One PSA 10 Tatis and I’m ahead.

He makes them look silly on the base path after he goes yard for a Slam. Goodie has sand in his vag afterward. I'm surprised he didn't cry or say something about El Ninos mother.

A good hitter but nobody in the history of this game has sustained the type of production he has put up in about a month. That rounds out out to 66 homers and 168 ribbies in a 6 month season.

That’s not sustainable.

Sample size too small. Let’s see.

That's sweet, I bid on his 8/25 Saturday night. Thought I had it for sure and then it shot up huge at the end. I ended up with this one I found BIN at 330 in the morning.

Great article...and how can anyone not love this kids attitude.

If I were Tatis I would consider the bs that Tingler pulled and Hosmer having his vet chat with the kid, ammo to leave SD when his contract is up. Screw Tingler and and those guys that chided him. Would anyone say a dang thing to him had he hit that slam 3-1 or 3-2? No. Tingler is sucking up to his former team, and Woodward is a garbage manager because he ran the score up last year many times. I know the kid looks great in the SD brown but right now that brown reeks of BS. Pathetic showing towards the NL best player after hitting his MLB leading 11th HR.
I hope he sticks it to the Padres for this.

Amen buddy. I grew up in SD. I prefer they fire Tingler to prevent Tatis from ever leaving. You can always find a manager, but not a Tatis.

With that said...if he did leave, I won't be mad either.

This kid is so fun to watch and all he did was take the pitch given and go the other way. I could understand if he pimped it, admired it. He put his head down and ran. Hosmer is a joke too. Congratulates the kid one minute then has a dad moment. Watch the video and look at Tatis face. That’s the look of “I’m biding my time”.
It’s cool though, he will take his stuff to LA and play with Trout one day...
