Apparently I am the only one to get the Auto graded by PSA. Making the Beni a pop 1, Dansby and Yoan are both pop 2.

The rest of my heritage grading order is a mess but I think that is gonna need its own thread. Long story short they didn't label any flip stock, yellow back, actions, color swap and I went 0 for 15 on PSA 10's....

I got a 10 on my Benny auto but did not elect for the auto grade, neither were the other 3 that have been subbed. This is the best centering I have ever seen on Heritage. Usualllu centering is a crap shoot

Got my big FU in the mail from Topps today in response to all of my missing content from my hobby case. My favorite part is when they say we are sorry that you were not the recipient of one of our insert cards. I was missing 23 or 24 cards based on odds. Pretty much what I expected.

It's depressing, but not surprising, that Topps sends out official letters littered with grammatical mistakes.

I just got the same letter.....

4 of my 5 cases were missing all actions color swaps etc...

My dist did talked to a higher up to try to help me...

Since i was missing 50-60-70 hits 48 actions 10 color swaps.. 40 blue borders .. so maybe 100 hits

They said yes insert odds are posted on packaging.. But it is for the whole print run... Its there way around it...

My wife works at a company for 20 years.. They have a lawyer.. He said he will send a letter for free.. But if it goes farther he will have to charge me.. which will not be worth it

i will update...

I am a big fan of topps.... But this one stings... They are telling me to go Funk myself.. And just take it...

What will end up happening is i have probably 20 cases of topps pre ordered

I will just end up canceling atleast half of those orders to make up for it..

Really it will be my only defense.. which sucks..

Sorry to hear they wouldn't do anything for you either Kyle. The worst part in all of this was I open cards because I enjoy it. That case of Heritage was not enjoyable at all after the first box. The first box was the purple chrome hot box.

That really stinks about Topps response to the missing hits

Had some Ebay bucks burning a hole in my pocket and picked this up the other day. Thought I would share with the Heritage fans.

If Topps' defense is that 'this is just the ratio, not guaranteed odds', and there are (it seems) multiple cases that are missing 10, 20, 30+ inserts, does that mean there are cases out there with like, 10, 20, 30+ more inserts than normal? Because I certainly haven't heard of any.

Agree. Be strategic and aggressive, and clear about exactly what you were missing. Include proof if possible. They will cave eventually.

It seems like there was info leaked that Topps does this type of stuff by design. Someone said about the 2015 BDP Asia edition that a certain run of cases won't have black ref autos, while the rest of them had black autos available at better odds than the average. And I believe that person was pulling the black autos at the better odds.

I really do believe they frontload product so that when people see these big pulls, they want to buy more themselves. by the time the product gets dry, there aren't as many big hits being pulled anymore.

Why they would do that on variation stuff, I don't know. But I do not believe it was by accident.

Love the whining.

Listen, any time anyone gets an extra short print or hits a "hot box" of chrome or the "Heritage gods are smiling on them" when they pull ultra hits out of the same blaster, make sure to write Topps a letter and send back those extra hits you didn't deserve.

I've busted 1-2 cases of topps heritage since 2001, if this happens to me I'll be done. But someone else will buy it so they don't care. They say action are 1:23 packs - if I get 10 rather 12-13 that's odds. If I get ZERO, they screwed up. I should get 5-6 blues, if I get 4 that's random, ZERO is again a screwup!

If this was strategic by topps they would do everything they could to make sure Brent got his hits. This was a production screwup. The odds differed much more than they should have across the run
