minimum bid clarification question- if a spot is at say $20, in the last 60 seconds you can bid $21 or $22, not $25?

If it was in the last minute it doesn't matter. Even if they bid a dollar over you theres counts.

2. For the final 60 seconds of bidding, minimum bid increments are no longer in play. Because you will not be able to track the bids in the last 60 seconds (let alone any snipes), you will have no way of knowing what the final bid increment may be. Therefore, the highest bid wins. Ties go to the first post made.
