It's really what Madrid said.

1. People wanted to know when we would draft, I said after the checklist came out.
2. The checklist came out and I gave everyone 48 hours advance notice draft started today with a 3 hour timer.
3. Everyone has the same opportunity to send a list (theacox and gr33d took advantage of that).
4. It's not fair to everyone else that is waiting around.

I know release is a week away but people are excited and don't want to wait another week to draft, I think everyone had ample notice to be prepared.
