Sparkle packs instead of redemptions?

What did you end up with? I have three HHH redemptions along with a triple of him, Batista and Orton that I’m going to have to get replaced.

Call the 800 # on monday and hopefully you get someone who wants to work with you, he asked me to name some of my favorite wrestlers and I told him. It took one day for a CM Punk to be shipped out to me

That's an awesome return on Triple H! Interesting though because I called panini on Tuesday to see if they got anything from Mania and was explicitly told WWE replacements were unavailable and the rep kept trying to push sparkle packs on me for my Triple H/Steph dual..so I really need to start getting the right reps when I call because every rep is different

Every rep is absolutely different, I wish I remembered who I was dealing with so I can let everyone know. You’d think the HHH/Steph would qualify for a white box…no way I’d accept sparkle packs for that

They keep giving me the runaround for my Becky Lynch National Treasures Patch Auto. I finally caved and asked for a Stephen Curry. Hopefully they can get that for me. I definitely am not interested in a sparkle pack.

I've been wanting to buy a few more boxes of 2023 Chronicles, but this has left a sour taste in my mouth. Not to mention, the last hobby box I bought had two absolute no-names as autos.

At least you got two autos, I was done with Chronicles when my box only had one auto and it isn’t even worth the trouble of sending in to Panini when it would be a Luke Gallows auto I received back worth less than the cost of shipping the box number/receipt etc to them.

Good luck on the Steph but knowing Panini that would be a reach them considering them on the same level especially if you are expecting/hoping for a NT patch auto in return. Most times they won’t even do a different sport.

Called today and the rep was helpful but no movement on my LA Knight or Luger redemptions.

He mentioned that some of the wrestlers may have signed at Wrestlemania. Seems like a stretch for Panini to get that done now that Fanatics is a WWE sponsor.

Had several items I spoke to with Panini. The CS name was Jonathan (in case I get a quick resolution so others know)

I have two Impeccable redemptions of Bob Backlund and Steve Blackmon, he's saying they're on-card Autos (I thought legends ended up being stickers but he said otherwise) so I'm stuck waiting on them to sign (don't feel great about these)

Then I had an Alexa Bliss Photogenic Auto /5 that had a Kevin Nash sticker on it instead. He said Bliss is 'good about signing' (which I don't believe to be true), but there are live copies of this card so I requested if stickers are imminent to get a replacement for other WWE cards and he said I should expect an email soon about that. We'll see....

Feels like Luger has been working to get back into WWE’s good graces the past few years so for him to not even care to sign may say something for how WWE as a whole is looking about getting these done. Just can’t see some of these guys ignoring it if WWE is really pushing to get them done

Becky Origins /99 and Impeccable /99, Theary Base Chronicles auto and Balor base Select Auto all get replaced with:

Bayley Immaculate Signature Moves /49
Bayley Immaculate Past and Present /49

I collect Bayley and asked for Immac as its all on card so happy with the swaps.

They didnt replace my Rhea Select Base and Roman Impecc Watercolour /25 though.

I didnt get an email reply, I was spamming them for a while, then spoke to someone who said email again in a month. I sent one email and 6 weeks later this happened.

Cards should arrive early next week seeing as Im on the other side of the world. I think the important part is being a kiss arse when emailing haha polite and list what you want within reason. I asked for really high end NBA and NFL stuff but also put what I really wanted in the email as well.

I have a HHH /10 auto I requested a replacement for well over a year ago. I wonder how much they value it at?

So I had Panini reach out to me last week on all 5 of my open tickets. I have 2 quality control (missing prizm hits), 2 damage replacements (LaRae select blue auto /99, Petrovic select gold auto /10) and 1 redemption (Luger select tie dye Auto /25).

On all five emails they asked me what I wanted to do with them and when I responded to each of them they just responded telling me to call in to get them taken care of. I finally have the free time a bit ago to give them a call and the representative I talk to told me that I was reached out to by some third party contractor through them who never should have reached out to me. While she was very nice, she explained that apparently none of my stuff was ready to be resolved right now and that there was nothing she was able to do about it. She couldn't push anything through or put in any notes of any replacement requests or anything like that.

She did send me an email directly so I can follow up with her personally in a couple of weeks. Definitely really frustrating that they apparently don't know what they have going on over there.

I remember in the past you would have to try to call them the minute they opened otherwise you wouldn't reach anybody for the entirety of the day. People were on hold for hours. Every time I've had to call in the last year somebody normally answers within the first two or three rings. So it's crazy that they don't seem anywhere near as busy yet they're still outsourcing work and don't even have a grip on what is going on.
