Barton still a ballhog, makes me sad. He was blanketed by Hield and just ISO'd anyway and forced up a horrible shot. And in the first half he kept holding the ball and brining it up, forcing Campazzo into sitting in the corner. Good player but he doesn't fit this team at all, hopefully FO will finally see that and find a trade partner. Dozier looks stronger this year and like he's ready to step up [especially on D], hopefully that helps make the decision easier for them.

Barton .... jesus man. And these calls against Jokic. First the screen foul and then calling it out of bounds on Jokic when Whiteside smacked his hands. They watched the replay and still couldn't call it, so stupid.

That was Barton missing the wide open 3. Then he is alone in the paint and blows the game-winning dunk by nonchalantly strolling through the lane slowly enough to get blocked from behind. Then he makes a game-saving block, that was only a good thing for half a second before bouncing right to Hield. What a weird freaking game

And don't even get me started on the out of bounds call review. The ball being out of bounds was because whiteside hacked him.

The refs missed the hack, it was reviewed for the out of bounds and then they chose to make no correction on the hack call.

His BBIQ is still lacking, I've been saying this for years. He really kinda lost them the game tonight. Yeah there were a lot of other weird calls / miscues too, and Murray was absent, but Barton always seems to make these boneheaded plays somehow. Drives me nuts.
