I don’t think Bowman Chrome goes to retail so there wouldn’t be blasters.

I think you're right. Best hope would be some type of Walmart/Target Mega, but I don't remember seeing anything like that last year.

Pretty sure I just got a FedEx text with my shipment, although it says it’s going to arrive Tuesday.

2012 and 2013 Bowman Chrome was available at retail. Blasters, value packs, retail boxes.

Just doing research for Houdini’s auction and I just don’t see how he even comes close to breaking even. I know we struggled before in the last with multiple releases, but they had better checklists as well as lower initial costs. I know he has guaranteed the break, but I am worried this could be a blood bath.

Houdini isn't paying $1900+ per hobby case. That is blowouts inflated case price. I would be beyond shocked if that is his cost per case. It's probably closer to $1000 than it is $1900.

I know this as I have spent large amounts on Houdini’s auctions in the past. I just don’t know where we come up with even 15K worth of bids. I mean 10 cases of the 80 subject autograph list is going to bring how much? I hope I am wrong and I know I will contribute a decent chunk, but even at an average of $80 each auto spot, that’s only 6400. Can we even hope to average 80 a spot?

Plus if you spot check a few of these guys things are definitely already getting a little crazy. Only going to get more awesome. Let's get weird.

Bowman Chrome retail is the product that got me back into the hobby in 2007. Still probably my favorite product to open.

I'm sure his case price is closer to $700 than it is $1000.

People who got this stuff direct will be ROLLING in the cash even if they "only" double their money. which is less than market value currently.

"Distributor cost"

1 box of Chrome Foil: $59.95
1 box of Chrome Choice: $63.95

If your Topps Direct take a few bucks off both of those boxes...

Everyone will be doing just fine. Trust me.

10 cases would be $7k or under.

I didn't realize that. IT sucks when they do this as I prefer to collect the non-auto 1st cards. Will his non-auto card in Bowman Draft say 1st as well?

If any distributor let anyone have 10 cases at those prices I would be shocked.
