Just landed this in the same case as a Soto /10 Clear that I posted a couple days ago. Was nursing the case after the Soto hit and was shocked to find this.

Have no idea what it's worth but not interested in selling anyway...

Crazy case, though...

Braves fan here and Acuna pretty much single-handedly got me interested in heavily collecting this year so this pull was absolutely responsible for me running around my house, cracking open a "special occasion" bottle of Cab and basically acting like I just won the damn lottery.

I purchased the on card Acuna sapphire super auto and in the sapphire thread you made a point to state how you thought it’d be sub 3k card citing a red /10 that sold for 1k. For this card there is a red sticker auto /5 unsold at $855 OBO on eBay and you are saying you would have already sent payment at $9,999 if it was on card as opposed to sticker (just under 3 times what the sapphire super on card auto went for). Definitely loses some appeal, but it's a beautiful damn card. This card without the sticker or the base Acuna sapphire photo with on-card auto would be killer.

Bombastic may be more accurate. I guess I should say I would be a much more motivated buyer if the auto were on-card rather than sticker. I have not looked into ebay completed sales for Update Chrome Acuna Auto Parallels.

As far as the Acuna Sapphire Super, I purchased the Orange Auto and the Red Auto and prices seemingly were holding in the sub-$1k range. Given these sales, I expected the Superfractor to sell in the ~$3k range. In no way was I looking to derogate the value of your purchase. If my post was offensive, I apologize.

I also purchased the Soto Update SSP Auto (sticker) and while the card is an incredible card, the sticker is disappointing. On such a nice card, the auto should be on-card. I have gotten to a point where I will generally avoid sticker autos.

Appreciate the prompt response. Was just curious given your post regarding the sapphire versus your commentary here. No hard feelings- again I am a buyer on Acuna supers and wanted to better understand the logic.
