She's charismatic, not nearly as much as Rousey or especially Lynch. Her mic work is way worse than Lynch, and I prefer Lynch's in-ring work, although that is Charlotte's strength.

WWE has been shoving Charlotte down peoples throat (like Reigns) for so long and a slight character change to Lynch got her where WWE has wanted Charlotte. Charlotte still isn't there after years. It took Lynch 5 months.

I like Rousey, not with this cookie cutter 'aw shucks' persona though that randomly becomes a boss. Let her be tough and intimidating the entire time, it'd be much better.

Heel banks probably just gets cheered, but if they just gave her closer to her heel persona while being a face (basically what Lynch is doing) she'd be way further.

Her heel character made her the best of the 4 horsewomen in NXT by far.

Charlotte is easily the most talented but her character never touched heel Banks or even The Man now

Charlotte can't be champion forever or constantly going for it.

She's absolutely the most talented but there are many more stories to be told without Charlotte in the spotlight
