My saga from the past couple of pages continues. On Friday I used the callback option and never got a call. Yesterday in the office I decided that I would wait on hold for as long as necessary and my call was never picked up. Today I had some time to sit and wait it out and I called right at 11 AM when the call center open. I stayed on hold for three minutes and somebody actually picked up. The representative said there is absolutely zero reason why my item should still be in the label stage and she had to go look for it.
She stated that it appears as if I had some open tickets for my job ID. I told her that I had sent approximately seven or eight emails and none have been responded to yet. She apologized and sent an email after hanging up saying that she would personally be looking into it. I just received this email: Hello XXXX, We spoke on the phone today. As stated, I'll be going to look for your order very soon. Please allow me a few days to get eyes on it for you. I'm very sorry for the delay but thank you for your patience. Thanks, XXXX Customer Service Representative |
