Yeah, they said it was a nagging thumb injury or something. Kind of strange he was out though considering he hit a homer the night before and they were facing a RHP. I'm assuming he'll be back tonight. Maybe they just wanted him to get him a breather before the Toronto/Boston stretch.



Boston lost to SF last night, so O's are up by 1.5 games.

It could have gone either way, but right not enough evidence to overturn. If the umps initial call was safe, they likely wouldn't have overturned that one either.
