Great signs of maturity right there. Most guys would use other angles to justify it. He came out and acknowledged it.

Kudos.
Someone obviously talked to him. It was night and day a few games back. Hope he leaves it behind for good. I think it will benefit his relationship with the officials.

We see this quite often and have normalized the phrase “star calls”. So seeing peers get away with them on a regular basis doesn’t do much for up and comers just trying to emulate

Said all that to say this...refs...do better top to bottom. Stop allowing stars to make a mockery of the game and this goes away
Absolutely agree. The 'star call' bullsh** is why players are like this in the first place. Are Luka and Trae stars? yes... Oh, they haven't been stars long enough? Where is the schedule for when they get to complain on a Lebron/Harden level? Oh it doesn't exist? It's just more made-up suggestive garbage?

The refs need to call the game straight, period. Players will straighten up. Nobody is above the game, despite what they may think.

And Trae did get fined btw, and I don't mind that. But it better happen to the 'stars' as well. Just call it evenly, thats what a referee is supposed to do anyway, cut the politics out.

It’s the Ojeleye & Pritchard show in Boston right now at halftime:
Semi: 5/7 from three with 19pts
Payton: 4/5 from three with 14pts

This is a really ugly stretch for both teams in the raps/celts game.

Man sometimes Ben Simmons can really turn it on.

13/3/3/1/1 in the 1st.

It's not the craziest line, but wish we'd see more of it.

More than 1/4 of the season gone and only 5 teams in the East are over .500 with the Pacers exactly at .500

Silver needs to drop this conference thing. Best 16 teams should make it.

Melo still lowkey salty about that record deal with Cassidy that fell through in ‘09. Philly never had a chance.

Guy balled out tonight....

23/11/9/1/1 on 83% shooting.

Most impressive... he LOCKED DOWN Lillard the last minute of the game.... then Tobais trips Melo

Blazers were all over than inbound play.

According to the Blowout faithful Carmelo should have been out of the league.

Hilarious.

Josh Jackson and Jerami Grant will be the face of the Pistons for the next few years. They need to cut the old weight and play all the young guys.....every night.
