Been in the labels status ever since as of this morning, 8/26.

3+ months in labels seems wild to me. Email to CS hasn’t been returned.

Mine has been marked as received since Jun 26th for Standard process and still not completed yet for 46 business days not sure what is happening. They won’t answer emails I started sending them weekly emails once a week starting about 2 weeks back no response

I sent in a sub for the first time on the same base tier and have heard nothing aside from received (7/15) and invoiced... BGS really sucks lmao

I dropped off cards for priority on 8/27 with a local shop who said they would take in that same day(they had an appointment and the site showed Beckett full so i went with them) and still don't have any update. Hope you have better luck than I have had. Looks like their times are longer right now.

That's odd. I've heard in person submissions can be tricky too.

I just did a regular Priority submission, sent it priority express mail which got to TX from NJ in 1 day, on Wednesday. Was surprised to see grades Saturday morning.

on the 25th, paid for overnight. Didn't add that they notified me on the 25th it was received by Beckett, got this via their app and also email.

As an example of how crappy Beckett customer service is, I just got an email yesterday, Sep 10th, about my Ohtani 50/50 recase order confirming it was shipped.
It was delivered on August 27.

No updates. No returns to emails. Great knowing that my one card order received a 10, not great that it is just sitting there.

2 months for the grading, now 3+ months for the label.

Have a BGS order from 7/15 stuck on the invoiced stage. For reference, I had a gamestop PSA order from 7/7 graded and delivered back to me last week.

at this point, anyone who swears BGS > PSA is a clown.

Finally got through to someone a complete mistake on their end on why at least 5 of the 6 cards are not graded yet. I told them to grade the 5 cards and switch the other to authentication on the first day they emailed me on saying a signed printer proof from a company has to go through authentication through Beckett Authentication and I thought they switched it over. Why I couldn’t get them to email is terrible.

They finally answered their phones and are going to get 5 out of the 6 cards out next week. Still this could’ve been resolved through email, but they never replied.

Mine is from 7/10 which means my deadline is 9/22. Why are you complaining? Learn to count, your deadline isn't until 9/27. You want faster return then pay more. If you get Base expect them to hold your cards until deadline, even if they aren't busy they will hold them.
