If New York doesn't sit down at the table and slide this man a blank check and not even think twice they are the stupidest franchise in baseball history. Even worse than Boston trading away Babe Ruth.

Its definitely going to be interesting because his good play in the Cleveland series will spike interest from other teams. That being said, winning or losing the World Series will be the true difference maker when the negotiations start.
