Think this is my only Jersey # Yordan. But doing it right with my first Brooklyn of Yordan and pairing with my jersey number Brooklyn Soto. Nice to tie my collections together some of the different players.

I'm thinking now I should have bought raw though. Not that I expect amazing quality raw but I'm thinking value wise it's a great time to buy mid to high end in raw form. Have you noticed condition of raw high end cards go up in general since the grading stoppage with PSA?

How were the quality of yours?

Huge pickup! If you believe in Yordan, the Sapphire is as good of a buy as there is out there. (I’m assuming you mean the Sapphire and not the BC blue auto.)

One of my Sapphires is an HGA 9.5, but the surface appears a little suspect. My other one, which is in the photo, looks really sharp.

Sapphires can suffer from those horrible back creases, as well as refractor lines. But most of the Sapphires I’ve handled have been really sharp.

That's great and does sound fun! I'm trying to expand outside my Yordan Bowman Sterling obsession and like this idea.

Do you know what the numbers mean? I'm confused on "Fastball 86" for example.

I haven't looked into the set yet TBH to find out what the numbers mean. It's from Topps Attax. What drew me to it was how different it looked compared to everything else out there & yes, the color match.

Going to be a little egotistical here on my own post. Just realized that if you multiply x2 the Juan card numbers you get the Yordan numbers for these cards.

Haha, just increased value 2x on my own cards.

Fouled a ball off his kneecap then looked to twist his knee reacting to that. He fell over and had to get help walking off the field into the tunnel.

The ball-to-knee happened shortly after I finally pulled the trigger on a Sapphire PSA 10, so of course I thought it was Murphy’s Law rearing its ugly head. Fortunately, it’s just a bruise.

Looks like some good auction deals still. Upset I was traveling and missed out on getting the psa 10 auto sapphire.

Unfortunatly this was not one of the good deals from yesterday. Won at auction and immediatly paid for it. Seller then canceled the order stating it was lost or damaged.



I know there is a separate board for ebay issues but for those here that may have bid on this card. Looks like seller didn't play fair.

That's all you can do. I check negs and if something like this is there I won't even bid. To show how that affects things, I forgot to place some bids tonight and about 3 Yordan auctions went for less than I was willing to pay. I think everybody was pissed at him for making an out two times in a row with the bases juiced and two out.

I don't think Ebay let's me leave negative feedback on a canceled order. The other thing I hate is Ebay shows it as a sale to others when it knows it wasn't sold which is why I posted here.

I could be wrong but have not been able to figure out how yet to leave negative feedback on a canceled seller item that was refunded. Maybe someone can PM me if they are certain of a way to do it. If I can't I will buy a different card from the seller to leave the comment about this auction.
