Thatcher signed a minor league deal with Houston.

Still trying to figure out why the Mets (or other teams) didn't offer him a 1 year deal. He's good.

He'll be battling against Zolio Almonte for a role as Jonny Gomes platoon partner this Spring Training. He could be a useful pinch runner and defensive replacement but other than that I'm not excited about his bat and his career .320 OBP. He'll probably fit right in with the rest of our inept/useless lineup.

BP named the Mets the fifth best farm system in baseball and called it the most balanced one in the whole league.

Also, here are some positional rankings based on their top 101:
Plawecki #6 Catcher prospect
Herrera #1 Second base prospect
Rosario #11 Shortstop prospect
Nimmo #17 Outfield prospect
Syndergaard #3 RHP prospect
Matz #2 LHP prospect

Matz is #2 LHP, not pitcher. Is Metsplaya getting into your head?

Also, it was Vic Black as the second guy. Taylor was for Ike.

Being a annoying loudmouth does not mean good broadcaster. Figgy will be better than those guys AND Bobby O.

I would've preferred Cliffy or Marlon though.

I liked Beer Money but mostly because I'm a huge trivia buff. Certainly not because of Carlin or that Metal Show guy who had no personality.

#77 Michael Conforto

#98 Marcos Molina (Surprised to see him this high already!)

7 guys on the top 100 with Herrera nearly making it 8. Nice.
