Hasn't been any info about upcoming new baseball releases from Topps/Fanatics in over a month.....

I would think we hear something on HHN in the week or so, it released mid-December last year and they seem to get something out a month ahead usually.

I guess it is time to give up hope they'll do a 2023 3D or Mini set. I really gave up hope a few months ago but now it's time to realize that 2024 ain't happening either. I loved both of those and will miss them. 2024 would look awesome in 3D.

I'm just a big fan of image variations and 3D always had pretty cool ones. Especially with this year's design, it'd be cool to have 3D back.

Their marketing on socials has been great....but they are promoting whats either coming out in the coming week or already out....it does them no good to push future products. If they do then some buyers don't buy whats out now.

Marketing 101 is to build enthusiasm for future products through advertising....that's why movie and TV previews/trailers still exist, for example.

The problem is that these days, just about the only people Fanatics cares about are breakers/gamblers....and they know they'll buy just about anything at any price, even if they have no idea what the product looks like or who is on the checklist.

Collectors like me, who operate on a limited budget and need to carefully allocate our hobby dollars, aren't even on their radar any more.

Previews and trailers are nothing like they were 10 years ago, that industry has drastically changed as well.

Breakers and gamblers only buy product because there is collectors that will buy it from them...so don't blame breakers they are only providing a service that is funded by collectors.

No business wants you to carefully allocate your money. They want you to buy something now....then in 4 weeks they want you to buy something then as well...and repeat. No one is in business for you to save your money.

Anyone heard anything about Ginter X? Its been one of my favorite rips the last two years. Pretty strong auto checklist and each box had either 1 auto and /5 or /1 parallel or 2 autos.

I am skipping most products these days but would like to rip that one.

According to the odds sheet on Topps, it's 1/24 packs for Chrome base in X. The odds are included on the regular A&G sheet

Wondering how the ginter x chromes will differentiate themselves from base ginter seeing as how they are specific to the sku, maybe since no color is inserted they are just all black refractors ... would look pretty sweet
