I recently purchased a tracy mcgrady dunk n go nuts insert and while i was searching noticed that specifically on his card only top left by the net hoop area the numbering from the back shows through (being acetate). On other versions of the card that look too perfect the numbering is not showing. I believe they are counterfieting more than just MJ cards but no im not 100% sure. I have seen some on ebay for sale from taiwan that i stay away from. Take a look

It's real. All the T-MACs had that with the numbering.

Hey thanks for the reply i know the numbering shows through on original which is the 1 i bought after researching. My point was on the 2 attachments i posted 1 does not have numbers showing through. I believe they are counterfieting more than just Jordan

Can someone help me see if these are legit?

They look super legit to me just reading through the threads and comparing to well known fakes. The first one is modified with ink on the edges. I think fellow BO member KobeFan bought another modified one from the same seller.

I think on the second one, the numbering is there, just a bad scan. I’ve seen customs of these cards but didn’t know these were being counterfeited.

That picture is ancient and has been used by scammers for years. The card is real, but I can guarantee you whoever sent you the picture does not own that card.

Yes, I've purchased one from this seller as well. The one I received is not from the group of Taiwanese fakes and I can't find anything wrong with the owner's other copies either.

From what I can tell they are all legit.

Bumping these. With Kobe's being so hot, some missing serial #'d copies are coming back in the market, and it seems like buyers do not care.

Do you guys think these wouldn't matter in the long run? (Talking about altered/backdoored copies and not actual counterfeits.

Seems like a good portion of his PSA 10’ Finest Gold refractors have missing serial numbers (Pop is only 14)
