I'm not seeing the injustice here. 20% is the top end of the grace range, not the target. It seems a bit much to say you only missed the top end of the error margin by a few percent.

Anyway, 80% of 800 is 160.

This does bring up a good point. Is it 20% of 800 or 20% of 1002? I was thinking it would be the 1002, but of course their communication is awful and they didn't specify.

When assessing your quantity, please do not use the “box size” count as your estimate. Because cards vary in thickness, there is a significant variance in how many cards a box will hold.

They counted the declined items also and I didn't send 45 damaged cards.

Not in their blog, communications they sent out, or anywhere on the site. It says that in the email I got saying they were charging me. It also says on their blog they "may" charge you. I don't think it is very clear.

Thank you. That is my point. Is writing a detailed user guide that is easy to find and read that hard? This thread shows how confusing the site is. Many on here are longtime users and are not sure how things work.

I am running a sale. I know they get 3% of the sales figures. Do they take that progressively from each sale or will I see an additional deduction at the end of the sale?

If you go to "Make an Offer" instead, you can buy them all grouped into each seller they're from. So it may not be 30 doing it that way, and they'll all go into your inventory.

Where is the shipping credit? I know it usually goes away for the first few days of the month and then comes back, but it is the 20th of the month and my dashboard still isn't showing it.
