Even asking to delay the election is an absurd statement. You have the full power of the government at your hands, you could put in policies and procedures to make it work so there would be no delay. You can go online and print out as many applications as you want. To send them in and receive an actual ballot is a whole different animal.

Trump had mentioned Paterson, NJ. They did a vote-by-mail recently, and it ended up being a fraudulent mess.
