They were originally told all orders would ship by last Friday. That has been updated to all orders will ship by this Friday.... that's the message I am getting, at least for now.
I got through last week, but called right around opening time. About 5 min past. Waited for 20 min, but got through. I’m guessing later in the day lines will be busier.

Looks like I have FedEx shipping confirmation for one of my two boxes. I am a MC member, and I'm not sure if my confirmation is for the MC box, or for the one I ordered by way of the raffle.

It does seem like they're moving these out, just really really slowly.

Label created for one of my boxes. Both still processing on the Topps website though.

Just did a calculation of what I made from selling off the contents of my entire box.

The last of my color refractors ended last night and all were promptly paid for.

I didn't have a great box base wise but I sold all of those in a lot.

So after all is said and done I'm making $300 profit after fees and shipping.

Yeah I could've sold my box sealed for a bit more but I had fun opening so I think that was worth the difference.

I couldn’t imagine having hours in my day to sit on hold with Topps.

Good to see some guys getting tracking on their MC boxes. I had started to assume I would get cancelled at some point.

I was thinking this scrolling the last few pages. So much more you can do in an hour of time then sit on hold about baseball cards.

Thankfully you can do other things while your phone is sitting on your desk on speaker.

This is always my thought with Online Releases and I plan to do a quick "analysis" before ripping- if I think I can get 65%+ of the sales price, I'm ripping considering our low entry point

But what do you think a rep that has not been helpful to anyone since the cold war will do for YOU specifically?

You know what Einstein said about insanity.

LOL... When I've got 3 Hundo on the line with a company that sucks with customer service, I'm sure as hell going to talk to someone about where my order is....

Appreciate the salty comment though!

I don’t disagree. Which is why I’ve spent zero time with them on the phone about this. It’s a total waste. I feel bad for the customer service reps. If you’ve dealt with them enough, it’s quite clear that they aren’t given much leeway to provide solutions themselves. That’s management’s problem. Topps still claiming a 24 hour response for customer service website inquiries tells you everything about the company.

I know what Topps is going to tell the person on hold. They should just call me instead and save themselves some time.

I also have the luxury of typing on a forum for hours a day, but no phones

Guys with 7-8,000 posts on a baseball card message board laughing at people spending their time on the phone about baseball cards. Funny.

Shoot me a PM next time and I’ll give you the same answer and save your time.

You’ll either get the box or your money back. Nothing is “on the line”.

Lol I guess they dont teach multitasking at DeVry.....

If you must know, I was holding a project call, building a yearly budget tracker for my company's annual budget and playing Mario Maker 2 with my little buddy, he is 5.

I see this really got under your skin. Relax, if you want to sit on hold to be hung up on or not helped instead of spending time with your 5 year old.....hey man all you....live your life!

I would agree, but after staying on hold for an hour at a time you just get disconnected. In the past I have had better luck with email, but I have emails sitting for over 2 months now. That avenue is closed as well. The individuals at customer service are not the problem. The process and leadership at Topps is the problem.

I spend what I consider to be a lot of money with Topps and the service I get is reprehensible.

After two hours on hold I was able to talk to a representative yesterday about my 582 membership not working, so they are open. Issue was not resolved though.

You can use ebay to determine value but you need to factor in the risk of chargebacks. Nobody needs that kind of hassle. And if you think seller protection is always a sure thing, now THAT's lol.
This is totally flawed logic. I can sell a Ben Baller box on ebay for $650-700. That's $550-600 after fees.

I have sold hundreds of boxes on ebay and never had a chargeback/return.

Most returns come from singles buyers looking for raw cards that will GEM.

Selling to Blowout is a great option on certain products, but not this one.

Could also just go StockX and not worry about chargebacks while also getting more than Blowout.
