this kid is going to be incredible. Despite the fact that I am tired of seeing so many threads on him you cannot deny that he is a supremely talented ballplayer that seems destined for success at the ML level.

The Cubs needs to bring him up already...at the very least in September. AAA pitching is obviously no obstacle for him.

Mostly I just want Topps Chrome to have a rookie auto of him....that would bring some serious coin.

I'm done trying to talk reason into you guys. Buy all the Bryants you want at $700-750. All I can say is good luck. There is absolutely no way 1 Bryant base is a better investment than buying qty of a lower priced talented prospect. Again he is very talented but I look at it from a dollars & cents perspective only. No way I'm paying $700-750 for a base chrome auto unless it's Trout. Bryant clearly has more power but he has a ways to go on his plate discipline.

no one asked for you to try to talk sense into anyone. Secondly we are not buying Bryants for 700 or 750, I believe the conversation was about how high they were going for on eBay and you saying that they were being shilled and wouldn't be paid for.

and for you to say that Buying quantity of Iower end prospects vs 1 bryant chrome auto is ridiculous is all your opinion. Who's to say your lower end prospect is a bust and doesn't pan out? The point is with Bryant is that it doesn't matter if he ends up being a bust, Smart People won't hold long enough and will capitalize quickly.

The last bryant I bought was about 5 days ago on these boards for 375. People then we're saying that was high and crazy ( Easy Money is what I say)

But you can buy now, redeem them now, and then sell the used redemption cards like a couple other members here are doing.

Opinion? Actually CTB has more experience and data to back up his "opinions" than arguably anyone on this board. Prior to making assumptions about people and what they know you should actually do your own research. I'd venture to say you have 0 data to back up any of your opinions.

I never said the auction was shilled.....What I'm saying is I doubt it will be a successful transaction for whatever reason. You don't think me and someone else could manipulate prices on cards that I have alot of? Trust me it can happen. As for the qty over 1 card.....who says Bryant doesn't bust out?

I certainly wouldn't say that...I know the home runs have been there so far (and that's fantastic), but I think the nine strikeouts in twenty-one at bats (six games) says otherwise. I'd say it's far too small of a sample size to make any sort of statement like that.

What happened to the days of letting a kid get some experience and grow as a player and hitter etc...I'm loving that he's hitting bombs at AAA, but what's the rush...Cubs ain't doing ish or making a playoff run anytime soon....

This means I like to buy guys that are lower round picks and hope they do good for a week and sell it to someone . I am a investor so I am right everyone should listen to what I say I make sense .Bryant can never go up I know it I know everything buy some Jason Williams and mookie betts . Btw I said $300 was to much for his base auto a few weeks ago and said it will never to go up.

I don't think Chris is wrong in his assessment. And I own some Bryant autos. It's an opinion, just like yours. No reason for personal attacks...
