Reports of LaMelo redemptions finally being fulfilled? I redeemed four in May and June of 2021, requested replacements for all in June of 2022. Have not heard #@#@#@#@. Have called, have e-mailed a few times. Sent another email to a few Panini people just yesterday. The CS e-mail auto-replied that that e-mail no longer works and instead you have to update on the Panini site again. So I did that. Not even an automated "we saw your update" email.

Here's hoping the actual LaMelos are coming...

Just got an email today that my redemption from 2011 is shipping! Only 11 years after submitting it. The dude doesn't even play anymore.

So far I've seen fulfilled LaMelo autos this past week (between here, Twitter, and eBay) from Obsidian (including mine!), Select, Absolute, Prizm, Donruss (and Choice), and Crown Royale.

Have not heard of any fulfilled redemptions yet from any other sets (my other 4 are all from Elite).

With all these Lamelo redemptions finally being honoured it’s probably one of the few times people will be glad they had a sticker auto over on card.

I hope they honour the 20/21 Chronicles Cornerstones redemptions I’d like mine to get sent finally haha

I was happy and lucky enough to get an on-card LaMelo. I was due a paper Donruss sticker but complained long enough they upgraded to a nice Optic Contenders Rookie Ticket.

Who do we talk to about redemptions at Panini now?

I was told in September 2022 that I would get a "$2000" white box for my Zion Lineage Scripts RC on-card auto from 2019-20 and my Nathan Mackinnon/Don Cherry Dual On-Card Auto from National Treasures hockey from 2013 (lol).

Still no white box and now the notes about me talking to them and them saying I'd get a white box that were attached to the tickets are gone. Racked up like $60 in long distance charges sitting on hold with customer support only to get disconnected over and over again. No one responds to tickets or emails. What a joke of a company. They can't lose their license fast enough.

While I'm glad for you, I don't think people should be rewarded based on how much they complain.

Holy #@&$! This company is terrible. After waiting 6 months for the $2k value white box I was promised as a replacement for my 19-20 Zion auto RC and 13-14 NT Cherry/MacKinnon auto they delete the notes from the support tickets and now are saying I can't have a white box and can only have reward points if I don't want to wait for the cards.

This just showed up today after pulling the redemption nearly a year ago. Oddly enough, I asked for a replacement at around the 6 month mark. I figured that was the only way I’d ever get anything. Pretty stoked to actually get the Barkley!!

^ Nice Barkley! I called this week to see if I could nudge my redemptions and get a feeling for where my combined requests were, and the person told me I was near the top of the list (who knows that actually means). However I did get two shipping notices yesterday, both for SGA, one I had asked for replacement, and the other I said I wanted the card. Should be interesting to see what actually shows up

Has anyone had any success with expired redemptions with Panini? I ripped a 2008 box today and hit a 1/1 auto (nothing huge) that of course is long expired. I plan on calling next week, but was curious if anyone had any luck.

People are struggling very hard to get their non-expired redemptions. Panini is crap. Good luck getting ahold of them.

They used to at least throw you a bone in the form of some Panini Points if you tried to redeem an expired code, but as of last year they've stopped even doing that.

I just got my Barkley 2021-22 Donruss Elite Auto. I thought they would replace it but they did make the card. How many points does Panini give to an expired redemption. I opened a 2017-18 Panini Essentials and pulled a Dennis Smith Jr auto. I redeemed it for points just wondering if they would still give points.
