Larry Bird used to try to make 99 consecutive free throws as part of his summer routine...

Memphis is going to struggle for a while. Ja will continue to put up these type of nights but I don’t foresee a lot of wins until JJJ comes back. We got a short lived glimpse of that in the bubble and can’t wait to see it again.

Yeah, turns out they're pretty important lol. Giannis and Ben didn't improve much over the offseason. Though 6-8 is certainly better than 2-6...

Seth, Danny, and Tobias were a combined 1-13 from deep and they still managed a win.

Embiid looked way less akward in the offense... other than a few times he got lost (the time he cut off Simmons' driving lane and they ran into each other looked bad). But other than that, he dominated on O.

16/9/7/2 and 3 for Simmons on a night when 3s weren't going down.

Some things to work on, but a solid first W for Doc
