Not sure it was just people loading up on the other 2 players, there was probably a considerable amount more sets sold in general this week.

Agreed, it will still be more limited than base cards of other future releases this year. Nicer looking card too.

$3.75 for a RC of a future superstar is a steal.

As soon as 1pm Wednesday hits, the previous week's $5 card instantly turns into $7.50-$9ish pending on how the eBay sellers fight amongst themselves for the lowest price. So either way, it's worth it!

Yeah, so far with the Living cards we’ve been able to avoid the idiotic race to the bottom that we see with a lot of Now cards. I think with this weeks Living cards print runs, we might see it as the new flippers freak out and just try to quickly get their money back.

My numbers may be way off so I welcome any corrections for anyone who knows the answers for sure… Lets say there are about 2500 Walmarts in America that carry cards. Give or take. Let's say there are 1500 Target stores. And probably a handful of others that carry cards but I will leave them out for this exercise. Of those 4000 stores, I think it would be safe to assume that each will get an average of 10 copies... through single packs, blasters etc. That alone is 40,000 copies. And then there are all the hobby and jumbo cases that will be produced… Thousands upon thousands of cases with 10+ in each. Point being… even as high as it appears to be, the print run on these is going to be way less than an update rookie of Acuna. Not to mention as others have said… It is his first logo Rookie. Take into consideration all of those who will be doing the set and I think you will have one nice card down the road.

I wonder what's going to jump faster today... Mookie rookie's or JBJ Living Set.

OMG! If even some of this is truly new collectors I am amazed.

How many just ran to ebay to buy up all the Altuve, Harper, etc? Lol.

Harper print run is similar to a common now....again amazing.

The $46809 question would be, how many orders did Topps take in this week

True, imagine what a Trout Living RC would be worth today, even if 40k were printed.

I know there are multiple estimates, but what is the actual PR on a flagship topps card?

If we look at the flagship Judge #287 from last year, it's barely worth anything right now..
It was maybe $8-10 raw last year, and more in PSA form, but even being a NYY and doing well this year, that card is worth just a few bucks.

I think there is a HUGE difference between LS and flagship, but the 45k print run is substantial. I'm not sure how high this one can go. Will people lose money on a card that cost them $3.75? Probably not. Will they see the card go to $20 anytime soon? I'd say probably not.

i just got home

Holy $hit. Lol on run

I have not read any other comments

But it is hilarious the common number run

All the people that jumped in thinking everything will go up

These 3 cards might go from 14.99 to 20 maybe 25

All I can say thank god I bought 120 cards 1-18 last month

Still think this week will be a lot lower

Crazy thing is only 2,678 complete sets can exist. Markakis is the rarest card in the set.
