Appreciate it. Fortunately I have had communication once with COMC about this package with the shipment order in the email header. I just sent an email to them last night about this order so hopefully I hear back from them within the next few months.

Just sent 100 to auction so really going to have to watch what others are stating with the fees if things go unpaid. I’ve generally had good luck with not having non payers but my auctions seemingly never do well with COMC. I’m sure crappy titles and their outrageous shipping has something to do with it.

Running a 50% off now to start blowing stuff out. Had a 5000 card lot ready to ship in but with the shipping increases I’m probably better off selling on my own and using ESE at this point.

I'm actually going to be in Seattle a few days in July and I may try to get on the livestream. Would love to get a tour of the building. Will talk to some of the employees I know and see if I can swing it. I've been a buyer/seller for 12 years now on the site, and given them hundreds of useful ideas/constructive criticisms for them to grow and flourish.

I considered this as well, then I thought of the time and effort it would take to individually list 5,000 cards and pack and ship each. To me, its worth giving up the 25 cents per card to let COMC handle all that.

Finally have a shipment going out...says the label was created 4/23, then the 24th 'pre shipment info sent to USPS, awaiting item' and the tracking hasn't moved since - anyone else have this experience?

The unfortunate part is they’ve basically eliminated my cheap sales with the shipping increase. The .65 listing is a barrier as well for this sub $5 stuff not to mention the wait. I’ve done a trial run with ESE, just in the last month selling cheaper items I normally would have on COMC on Ebay and I’m quite happy with the results. Well over 100 sold with only one coming back. I will say it’s a pain in the behind shipping the cheaper stuff, but it’s more or less just making sure I don’t have thousands of $1 bills sitting around in card form.

Yup, sometimes it takes a week for them to ship off. USPS is not great at scanning things either. Sometimes I get notifications that my order is being delivered without a prior scan.

So on 4/22 I requested a new shipment from Upper Deck E-Pack of 7 $1-$5 cards. I had this shipped as Economy Rush, same way as the first shipment. Package was pulled, packed & shipped by 4/27 and is already on the way to me.

I think it's getting safe to say that there's an issue with my 1st package that's been sitting in "packaging" since 4/13. I've emailed them twice about it and have yet to get a response back.

With that being said, Economy Rush packages seem to get out the door in about a week.

No you didn't, you paid for shipping in Simplified Mode (hence, 25 cents/card that you paid at the time you bought the card) and the one that paid $280 was in Advanced Resale Mode.

If you were in Advanced Resale Mode, even before Covid, 40 cards would have been something like $10 shipping plus the $5 minimum, $15 total. Now it'd be $20 minimum + $20 shipping, $40 total. Way more, yes, but it wasn't as cheap as you think it was back then either.

No. COMC still added .25 S&H to all cards even in Simplified mode in mid March. So 500 cards would at minimum be $125 +19.99 for 500 card bulk shipping plus tax. So shipping would only be $147ish if I had bought in SImplified mode.

So from $5 to $145 and 3 1/2 month ETA.

Yep, I get that. Anything under a buck is almost impossible to move at this point and its ruining a lot of seller's ports.

That being said, I've been filling COMC with cards in the $3-10 range and they are selling like crazy. I've had increased sales numbers every month since last May and its not slowing down.

Just like the rest of the hobby, looks like inflation and greed is taking over. I'm going to be more picky about what I send in going forward (which honestly is probably what COMC intended) and make sure everything is over $2 now.

I know, I meant his previous shipment before the increase. If he was in simplified mode, he'd have been paying the 25 cents when he bought the card. Where Advanced mode he'd have paid 25 cents for each card he was shipping home at time of shipment.

My bulk shipment home that I requested on 3/12 had its expected shipment date bumped down to 5/29 from 6/26. That looks closer to the pace its been on (roughly 485,000 in front of it from originally roughly 1.13 million). Still not acceptable long-term, but was nice to see it cut almost a month from original projections.

Wow. Multiple people on the Upper Deck Epack FB Group as well as on Twitter are reporting that their shipments home are missing cards.

They are getting emails that they are "temporarily unavailable."

One guy had his Elite Scan canceled and his account credited for a Celebrini/Hutson Outburst YG.

The suspicious part? All the missing cards are $$$- Celebrini, Misa, Schaffer etc,

Everyone is still waiting on replies from COMC/Upper Deck.
