Woke up at 2 AM with the turkey tritties. Made myself some toast and drank a gallon of water and went back to bed.

Woke up fresh as a daisy and came in to put some holiday hours in.

To sum it up, Mrs. FT's ex-husband no longer wants to travel for his job of supervising the building/renovation of SCIF's/clean rooms for the government and wants to stay local. Since I hate my job and hate my boss, I discussed trying to get hired with his company and do the job he is doing now which includes several weeks or months of travel. Mrs. FT was cool to the idea at first but thanks to going over Pros and Cons and the middle SD adding in her opinions (and how many times her Dad came home to visit and money he made), she is warming up to the idea.

Mrs. FT took me to breakfast this morning at Marie's Diner. I just finished ordering all of my Christmas presents for her and FT Jr. I'm sure we'll start getting the Christmas decorations out today and begin doing that. I told her that if I can get a job with her ex-husband's company, I'd hire a decorating so she'd never have to do it again. She thought that would be lovely.

After the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade yesterday, I spent most of the day watching a show about the American Mob on the History Channel. The one about the Philly mob was interesting. I kept watching to see if I recognized a place or a face because when I was a teenager one of my Italian-American friends Dad's took us to get cheesesteaks in Philly and we stopped at a house first because he had to run an errand. When we came out of the house, he told us to smile for the FBI cameras.

on my way into work, saw what appeared to be a father and son from yinzalvania at the gas station......first thought was BOO got lost....then i noticed the car was way too nice to be the BOOmobile, and they actually were wearing normal looking clothes.....
