I think they let the fact they were 5-1 go to their heads. They played 5 terrible teams and last week played a decent team that beat them. We’re way better than the team that beat them. Our QB has over 100 rushing and 2 tds already, plus maybe 150 passing. Our overrated TE has a few catches including a 25 yard pickup.

We get a bye week next week which will be good for the boys. They will have 2 more regular season games. The playoffs should be fun. We’d be at home until the semifinals.

I tend not to speak about that in specifics but you are not far off.

My expenses for a typical show, including table fees, gas, meals/drinks, etc, typically run me in the neighborhood of $275-300 per show.

I had to fantastic sales today. They were from people who either work for or stream on KK's WhatNot channels. The one who normally buys a bunch from me was a no show but will likely be there tomorrow. Aside from that, the show was about as bad as the last 2 in that venue had been. #shrugsshoulders

They have to keep playing. The playoffs will be tough. Still have a game on Halloween against an undefeated team to end the regular season. One team they’d see in the playoffs is a charter school that can recruit and beat the favorites to win the 5A championship earlier in the season. In my opinion, any school that recruits shouldn’t be playing schools that are banned from doing it.

Went and picked up BBQ from a small local place for me, T, and N. Did some stuff around T’s that she couldn’t do. She’s still not feeling great. Said it hurts to move. N is at choir practice and then has Girl Scouts. I might have to go pick her up after her meeting and take her home.

I’ll be glad when they’re both back to 100% so we can do some stuff we’ve had on our list for October.

We have a new show next weekend in Columbia. There’s no way it can compete with the big show at the state fairgrounds, but I’ll probably go check it out. I thought the Team Rockets Mewtwo I sent to PSA would be back, but I doubt it will. The show sent me a text the other day saying they had tables left at $80 each.

I will be going to the 1,000 table show in Nashville next weekend as a buyer. Never been there and will be curious to see what it is like. How much Pokebleep will there be and will it be all together or spread out? I read that there are 3 rooms. I am going there with no expectations as to what to buy except for looking for cheap junk wax and blasters and some deals in $1 and $5 boxes. I would like to fill in some of the 2025 Topps series 2 insert holes for a customer of mine and maybe find a couple of Wilt Chamberlains and some missing Broder Bo Jackson cards for my PC. I will be bringing my want lists just in case.

Will do. BTW, which version, or does it matter, of the 1984's do you want, Perez Steel (error) or Perez Steele (correct). The corrected versions were only in factory sets and are tougher to find.

Error is fine. I’m working on a project where I do a pack from every set from 1991 to as far back as I can afford that I’m going to frame with a card from that set. I’m thinking for Donruss I might frame the diamond kings with the pack for that year.

That’s it! Ive been patient, I've listened to the excuses, I’ve told people to give it time. South Carolina needs to fire the entire offensive staff. The offensive line is HORRIBLE. They couldn’t pass block a dead body in a phone booth. I’ve listened to the “experts” talk about how many stars they had in recruiting. Either the experts were wrong, or the line coach sucks at his job. The receivers can’t catch, the route running is horrendous.

And now for play calling. Mike Shula might be the biggest Nepo-baby in the history of football. If his last name wasn’t Shula he’d be selling used cars somewhere in Florida. I’m tired of seeing 2 runs up the middle followed by a screen on 3rd and long over and over. The fact Mike Shula is making as much money as he is shows why we will never win anything. The only time he’s ever put an offense on the field that did anything was when he had Cam Newton with the panthers.

As somebody that spent years coaching offense, I have no idea what the identity of this offense is supposed to be.

If Shane is going to keep this offensive staff, maybe he should consider the VA Tech job. Since Shula has taken over the play calling before the bowl game last year, this offense can’t move the ball or put points on the board.

I spent a few years as an offensive coordinator, so when I watch and see what’s happening it really gets to me. Back to back 10+ win seasons at my last stop, over 40 points per game, back to back games scoring 63 and 84, I know offense. There was only 1 game where we didn’t have a chance late.

Mike Shula is a failure as an offensive coordinator. Rank near the bottom in offense. But let’s give him millions.
