It definitely did. Now can someone enlighten me what FNAF's is? I haven't seen the movie yet, but is it based off a book or video game?

I watched Five Nights and was not impressed. Though it was kind of boring with not much going on. Didn't realize it was based on a video game. Seemed more geared towards younger watchers. For whatever reason I thought it was some sort of sequel/prequel to Willy's Wonderland. Which is a much better movie.

I’m not really into scary movies but I want to watch one tomorrow night. Recommend one please. I’ve seen the classics but nothing modern. Thanks.

The Cabin in the Woods.

If you're down for some really creative scares mixed with some of the best satire of the horror genre, this is one you'll probably enjoy.

If you're looking for a straight-forward horror movie, skip it.

From the more recent ones, I'd go with "Barbarian", "Deadstream", "X" (and its prequel "Pearl"), or the current modern champion, "Hereditary".

Depending on what you mean by "modern," consider Signs.

I watched The Descent today, I think it had more jump scares than any movie I've ever seen. I'd imagine everyone who is into horror has already seen that, was just trying to catch up on horror stuff on the watchlist in October. Cure was probably the best, I think I liked Talk to Me the most, even with it's weak last third.

A couple of "Machete" movies were made.

Beyond this "Thanksgiving" movie made by Eli Roth (best known for his own "Cabin Fever", "Hostel" and for playing the Bear Jew in "Inglourious Basterds"), there are two more fake trailers not (yet?) expanded into features:

"Don't" from Edgar "Shaun of the Dead" Wright, made in the style of British Hammer Horror-type movies .
"Werewolves of the SS" from Rob Zombie which is like an "Ilsa" sexploitation movie combined with a creature feature.

If "Thanksgiving" does well, who knows on those?

I thought Pope's Exorcist was good. Saw it a few weeks ago. Recommend.

If you like Hell House or the Hell House series, the 4th entry into the series, Origins, came out today on Shudder and it was excellent. Might be my new favorite in the series.

I just finished watching “Hell House LLC Origins: The Carmichael Manor (2023)”

That was one of the creepiest movies I have recently watched. There were many moments in the movie that made my family (and I) jump. It’s shot in a documentary style movie. I give it an 8/10

Watched FNAF, it was...a movie. Kinda boring and way too edited down. They needed to explain some more. Didn't know that was Matthew Lillard til the credits.

Good picks. Near Dark is so underrated.

Totally Killer was........really good?

Not perfect—they missed some obvious chances to elevate the plot to A+ level—but they pulled off "time-travel slasher flick" in a way that pleased both the sci-fi side of my brain and the horror/suspense side.

I highly recommend checking it out.

And if you're someone who avoids "woke" movies, there's actually a nice balance here as the 1980s kids provide a nice "wtf are you talking about" balance to the socially-conscious 2023 girl.

Watched the new insidious last night. It was ok, seemed a little weak for the insidious line. It was nice seeing the old crew back though.

Agree, Wily's Wonderland was more entertaining.
If you want another movie similiar check out The Banana Splits Movie.

I watched "The Last Voyage of the Demetmer" last night. It's a really good chapter, that hasn't been covered much, in the whole Dracula story. IMO it's one of the better horror movies I've seen in quite a long time.
