I did a dropoff at one of the last shows. It took 5 business days for them to be recognized at arrived. I had the Priority service level.
They ship it back from the show in a massive container so it takes a while to ship and be delivered then opened and received.

For collectors special I’m currently at 85 calendar days (58 “business days” - excluding weekends and holidays). The order inventory is showing but hasn’t moved to grading yet (just states “moved to repository”). The order is not showing issued cert #’s yet.

Based on others experiences, I’d anticipate I’m down to 3 weeks or so remaining, but I’ll report back once the order pops.

Good to know, thanks. I dropped off a couple of submissions from The Burbank Show (Ontario) around that time too. Pretty sad that we have to dig for status info on B.O.

"Current Turnaround Times as of 1/11/2023" LoL the info BGS currently has up is 4 months old. Even if waiting time is the same, it should be updated on the daily. Or weekly, or monthly.

It was a whatever the special was in December. It's been sitting in "Active" since March or so. It took from December to March for the cards to be listed in the system.

The order included TCG, Non-sports, and Sports which was probably unwise. I wonder if my cards have to go through two or three lines to get graded. That seems to be about how long it is taking.

I asked BGS if base and collector's are on same timer.
"Base is prioritized over the Collector's special. Base is a standard rate while Collector's special is a promotional rate."

Here's my results! Very happy overall. The Sid is pretty sick, pack pulled by me and extremely rare, so very happy with the true Gem. Was hoping to eek out a 9.5 on the Makar, definitely was not expecting a true gem with a 10 corner grade, but I'll take it. Hoped for a 9.5 on the Mack, so good there. Was also hoping for a Pristine on one of the Foxes, came oh so close with the clear cut with 2 10s, but surface grade didn't cut it. Everything else was as expected (I actually had the Panarin as an 8.5, so happy with the 9).

BGS is in complete shambles....Just got what was suppose to be a tiny 3 Disney card $40 service level order that took over the 20 advertised business days back in the mail. But much to my surprise, there were only 2 cards mailed, one is just completely missing. It was graded, it was listed on the invoice provided in the package with the cards, just they decided to keep one of the cards for whatever reason. I can't with BGS anymore, they are literally one of the worst run companies I have ever seen.

Is anyone able to get through to BGS customer service? The usual Customer Service number (972) 448-9188 seems to be out of service now according to Verizon when I call, and I have gotten no responce to multiple emails sent regarding my missing card in the latest 3 card order I just got back over the weekend. Need Help!

Received my cards back today =]. I did the collector's special and base level, dropped off at the Burbank show in February (turnaround approx 70 business days). Package arrived safe and sound (it was actually boxed and bubble wrapped)!
