Longhorn is definitely higher class than Texas Roadhouse. Texas Roadhouse is the WT chain steakhouse.

Hey Glen, where did you stay last night? Any FT style toilet issues in the hotel?

4 new shoes intalled etc on my civic back in July was a little under $1k (just now getting the $80 rebate)

Of course, I drive over 20k miles a year, so I went for 80k mileage warranty (Bridgestone Turanza)

Happy with the tires, but hoping to not have to put any more tires on until the car becomes my sons daily.

Good luck!

I just avoided this luckily for me. I got a nail in the tire the night before having to leave on a road trip. They quoted me starting at $200 but after two hours they were fortunately able to patch it.

I hope they last that long! How long is that away?

I am going with Firestone Weather Grip.

I am glad they were able to patch it. Tires are so expensive but I like to replace them all at the same time. I get them rotated every 5k miles, too.

I have a 9:30am meeting every Thursday. Last week, the people running the meeting never showed up. I hope someone makes it today.

SAN RAFAEL, Calif. - An extremely aggressive squirrel in the North Bay has sent at least two people to the hospital, prompting a warning from animal care officials.

What we know:
Marin Humane said two attacks were reported to its agency: one on Sept. 13 and another the following day. The two victims, both women, were bitten while walking in their neighborhood in the Lucas Valley area.

The agency said in both instances the women went to a hospital emergency department for observation and treatment. Their injuries did not require hospitalization.

Same culprit
Animal care experts believe it was the same squirrel behind both attacks.

"They happened in almost the same place," explained Lisa Bloch, director of marketing and communications for Marin Humane, adding that the description of the biting squirrel was the same in both attacks. "The squirrel has a particular coloring. He's kind of a caramel color or a golden color and that's a little bit more unique," Bloch said.

What's behind the attacks?
She said it’s unusual for squirrels to be that aggressive, and wildlife experts believe the attacks were likely a result of someone feeding the animal.

"We see it sometimes, especially in Marin," Bloch explained. "People love animals, which is wonderful, but they mistakenly think that a way to help animals is to feed them. And in fact it does the opposite."

She said the animal will begin to depend on getting food from people, which can get dangerous.

"The squirrel will go up to a human assuming they're going to get fed and then, because the human might react, understandably, in a defensive way or angry way, the squirrel can get frustrated, and that can lead to the squirrel lashing out."

A little over 4 years away. So it'll be about that time.

Those would have been my choice if they had the same mileage warranty

The JudgeHeads are awfully cranky this morning considering they claimed their team dead and buried mid-season yet are in the playoffs regardless.

Yeah, I drive a lot less in my current job so hoping I can get away with the 65k mile warranty. Smart thinking on your behalf.

The only thing I like at Longhorn better is their prime rib. I don't know what Texas Roadhouse outs on their prime rib, but it's gross.

It could be worse, you could go to Texas Roadhouse in Texas. I had a friend from PA who did that when he visited Texas just because it had Texas in the name. He could have gone to any number of great steakhouses in Texas with fresh beef and he went to Texas Roadhouse.

Fanatics is probably desperately contacting MLB MVP voters to give them money to vote for Judge since their MVP Buy Back Program will collapse this year considering they didn't even make a Big Dumper Chrome card.
