Had a guy initiate a return the other day on a $60 bobblehead I sold with $8 shipping because he said the box was damaged and the right arm. I looked it over and there was no damage before I listed it other than a small mark on his left arm which I fully described in the listing. The message I got from eBay said I'd have to pay the return shipping. So now I'll be out about $85, I sent the buyer a partial refund offer of $25 just so I don't have to get it back and hassle with but if he wants to return it still it is what it is.

The selective process for merchandising at SA I think is better than GW. but prices are a lil bit more expensive. But I think you can find more gems at SA. IMO

my local Goodwills are always $3.50 for most shirts and some they mark up more.. The Salvation Army I went to the most I paid for a shirt was $2.99 for a Nike DriFit Pitt Panthers shirt.. there were some maked higher but most of it was 99 cents

Happy Birthday! Mines today! October BDays unite!

I have given up on my Salvation army. Although I have gotten good stuff a few times, they use a label gun and shoot things straight through the shoulder or sleeve, and their gun leaves a decent hole that does not close up after washing or working the fabric. I have come home and had to redonate stuff that just wasnt sellable due to a hole left by their stupid gun. Wish they would try to bypass the problem by shooting thru the seam, or thru the collar tag at least, but to shoot thru the shoulder... Just stupid.

Thanks! And Happy Birthday to you!!!
The Sa stores here use staples.. only ever had an issue when they were on a tag and it left a hole in the tag. The Goodwills use a gun but they are pretty good about doing in in the seams

Went to a flea market held every Saturday near where the Giants/Jets play for the first time...

Seemed like all junk people have been carrying around since the 80's. Old furniture, used clothing, fake jerseys...what seemed like all garbage to me, maybe I don't have an eye for it or just was too lazy to sort through the junk. Saw a lady selling baseball cards, 2014 Bowman Chrome hobby packs for $5 each. 5x24=120, a box goes for around $60.

Kind of made me hate life.

Our SAs are just the opposite. Went into one today the cheapest shirts I saw were 3.99 each fro Tees. 4.99 for polo style. and up to 10.00 for others.

I wish GW would have standard pricing. The one near me sells t-shirts for $2.99 and polo or button shirts are $4.99. Unless it is a brand they deem "boutique", then it is priced per items, sometimes $10-$15.

The GW in my hometown is different, all "tops" are $1.99, and all "bottoms" are $2.99.

Cool Zelda magazine

Some other stuff too, will add pics later.

Guys, I'm really having trouble with this item. I picked it up and took a chance since it is a Jordan piece. All I know is what the tags tell me polyester/rayon blend. I just can't find anything on it.

Just because there may not be song titles on the back doesn't make it generic. I sold music tees for over 4 years and all were licensed. We sold this shirt in several different runs and styles.
You want to make some real good money on used music apparel? Find actual hardcore merch. It is usually only sold at shows and in very limited quantity. Some of it even comes hand numbered. Bands that bring a good chunk are Converge, Trash Talk, Have Heart, Bane.

Yeah generic is not the right word, I agree

The one with the song titles in the back sold for more in the research I did.

I never see any hardcore merch but I do look for it.

Speaking of band shirts, I saw this yesterday and bought it

Band T Shirts Lot | eBay

The listing couldn't be worse. Terrible title of the auction, items not clearly visible, bad start and end time, very rookie imo. I picked it up because with me having $21.50 into 7 shirts I am basically at $3 a shirt and could possibly resell them although I did buy them because I like them. I got

3 Pink Floyd Shirts
1 Led Zeppelin Shirt
1 Beatles shirt
1 Bob Marley Shirt

And one I can't figure out yet who that is. Its the Zion grey shirt with the man's face on the front of it in the picture with the Bob Marley shirt. Any ideas? I'm not one to buy used shirts like that but for the price and subject matter I couldn't resist.

Also last night one of my sons said that the local Sports Authority brick and motor stores was going out of business so we went and checked it out. Most everything was not on sale and the few things that were did not interest me much but I did find one cool thing and bought it

Wilson NFL Super Bowl 45 Collectible Football Official Size

I picked it up for $7 bucks. I am having a hard time figuring out what the thing is actually worth. Cheapest one I can find online is selling on Walmart for $73 bucks

Wilson NFL Super Bowl 45 Official Game Ball - Walmart.com

But there is a difference between mine and that one. The one I bought has North Texas 02.06.11 stamped under the Superbowl logo and the one on Walmart does not. Not sure if they are the same thing? I will take some pictures of it and post it but if anyone can help me identify this I would appreciate it.
