Some Umps must focus on the catchers mitt after they pull it into the strike zone. Wonder if they have to pass eye exams or list each umps vision specifications to the public?

Vegas will put a stop to it. Umps calling balls and strikes is one of the only ways Vegas can affect the game.

Yeah I don't think its that off. PSA 9, insert auto, monday auction. A BC 1st auto could've been had for just under $1k at one point in April. This is a much harder soto rookie auto to move. Hard to value as well with low pop. That went to a true Soto collector guarantee that.

Agree. That is a low number if compared to where it could've been 2 years ago. Today...it might be even a little high in this market.

I didn't come across the previous listing a week earlier, won by a zero feedback bidder for $743. I only just found it now while confirming it didn't come back in search with 'update' in the title.

Next one should sell for less.

Lol. I dont have a single Soto 2018 saved search that includes Update. Its just 2018 Topps Juan Soto...etc.

it isn't an insert auto. it has a rc logo. I'm not saying it was a steal but it seems like a solid buy if soto really does turn it around.
