Exactly, and they shouldn't expect it. 100% correct about the league and culture being different.

Luka doesn't have the build to be a great defender unless it's at the expense of his offense.

So if you're the Mavs and the trade-off is that Luka tries his ass off to be an average defender but his offense suffers as a result, why on earth would you ask him to do that?

You team build around it, knowing he's likely always going to be below average.

LOL. Dead wrong. He's 6'7 230 with a 6'11 wingspan. Noted not great defender because of his build Michael Jordan was 6'6" 215 with a 6'11 wingspan.

I love how you say dead wrong and then cite a number with absolutely no verifiable proof. When I first read 6'11 I knew that couldn't be right and of course there's no proof of this other than some random article at redsarmydotcom and a table at craftednba

Other sites say 6'8 which makes a lot more sense.

I have no idea what a "redsarmy" is but Crafted pulls their measurement data directly from the NBA Combine. I'm not surprised you haven't heard of one of the most respected advanced analytics sites

It always makes me laugh because he always outs himself as having no clue what he’s talking about. He thinks because he can spend 5 minutes googling he’s an expert but had no idea Luka didn’t even go to the combine which anyone who’s followed thr NBA in the last 5 years would know.

And you can just look at Luka once and see he doesn’t have a 6’11 wingspan

Bro, BBase is a troll on every board and active thread for attention. He has been called out for it on every board. We collect sportscards and most of us want our cards to appreciate to sell them. Luka cards are expensive because of his offensive game. Most know that but just want something to be negative about.

Looking for some help on comps for this card. I know it was a big chase card. I have not found one single comp, nor can a few of my LCS owners find any.

averaged 30.0 PPG, 6.3 APG, 4.4 RPG and 1.1 SPG in 16 games last month. Suns did go 11-5. He score 62, in a loss!

Booker's Daddy in January
averaged 37.1 PPG, 10.4 APG, 9.2 RPG and 1.6 SPG in 10 games last month. (3 triple doubles and the 4th most points ever scored in a NBA game with 73 and the win). Also, playing with mostly none starters all month, Mavs did only go 4-6.

and the NBA names Booker the Player of the Month... He isn't even the best player on his own team. The NBA is crazy! Not sure what Luka needs to do other then have better players on the team.

What was the mavs record during those stretches and who received the award? I believe winning may be factored into the award. Similar to wilt averaging 50/26 and not getting mvp. Regardless he’s having a great season. Stats and efficiency is up.
