As it relates to paying with credit, I have a significant amount and they have simply paid for my subs from there building up PayPal in case my other subs pop before the grade to consignment service is back up. I am not expecting any except 136-137 to pop. They are currently at the 4 month plus 1 week mark. Funny not even wanting the rest to finish until the service is up. Lol.

Hey Josh are you concerned at all about the increasing amount of cards being sent to PSA but returns times continuing to be extended? I now it's out of your hands, but with your service depending on the return of the cards, doesn't it get to an uncomfortable point where there's too many cards not being returned?

I mean, its the same question over and over again with the same answer. I wish I had control over how long it takes but all we can control is how fast we process your cards on either end of the grading process. There are a ton of cards pending right now, according to my #'s we have just over 350,000 ungraded at PSA, but they will be graded at some point. All I can do is share all the information I have and let folks decide what they want to do.

Tomorrow we will get the exact # of pops in the last week but its something like 50-60 as of now (another 12 yesterday). So subs are certainly coming back and coming back fast right now, they just need to keep this pace. And so do we.

Got my first sub back today and one of my cards case is cracked a little. I didn’t pay for insurance. Am I out of luck?

dont need insurance. I would contact psa about a reslab but youll be out of luck for a while.

Just to clarify, for my Bulk submissions, can I assign a DV up to $199? I thought I read that PSA had raised it from $99 to $199 last Fall.

$99 for group subs. If you do direct they let you do $199. It doesn’t make sense but it’s what they do.

If I have an item with a DV above 2k can I still submit with you or do I need to do that on my own?

Submit express, but could be upcharged.

I wouldn't do that. If the card is worth 5k, he can only declare 2k if he does express. If something happens to it, he's out of luck.

Well we broke 20,000 cards sent in this week. Less than a year ago we were excited about 2,000 per week. We will have a full count of subs popped after today’s update but we definitely set a record on that side as well.

So they want you to use the graded value for the card right? What cards are worth less than $99 after they're graded? Not many, I would think. If it is graded, do you just use the value of like a PSA 9 as a baseline or something?

As long as they stay under $250 you won’t get up charged.
