My students can be a pain but at least I don't have to smooch buns of donors (Glen) or have Mr.Unhinged as a co-worker (Moldy), or do something with antiquated machinery (Corny) or pretend to deal with IT tickets (FT).

I got a clean bill of health from the infectious disease specialist...sort of. I did not get a refill of the Cipro that helped clean me up. I am concerned about that knowing how my body is. To that end, I am scheduled to see someone a week from Tuesday just to make sure all is good.

On a not-so-positive note, my dad had a couple of cancerous spots on his nose and neck (1 in each area) biopsied today. He will hear from some sort of a plastic surgeon at some point next week.

No "events" for me. Just working around the house. Probably will be raining anyway. We went almost 2.5 days with no substantial rain, so we're due for 5 or 6 straight with rain now.

I have to be up around 5am to work the Juneteenth event the city is having. I’ve already been told to make sure I make the hours disappear next week because I can’t get overtime.
