He was back Monday. Still smoking cigars, has cut out the whiskey at the club and is only drinking beer. His vision is still messed up a little, he says it will come back be we say he is full of it. He was wearing a headlamp yesterday to help him see.

I’m going to one up Boo.

Last night 10 minutes before punch out time, I noticed two cars with their lights on in the parking lot. I walked out to see who it was. As I’m walking away, I hear the door open. I turn around and see an employee walking towards me with his lunchbox. I asked him where he was going. He said he was going to bring his lunchbox to his car. I said well, you’re going to be leaving in 10 minutes so you’ll be going right back out to your car so why bring it out early? He said he didn’t want to have to carry it later (as in 10 minutes later). I said that’s a dumb reason to be out of the building while we’re still working.

As I continued to ask him legitimate questions it devolved into him saying I’m trying to fire him, he has never done it before, other people aren’t working, he’s the hardest worker we have, he’s going to try to get me “gone”, he’s going to get his people to quit, calling me multiple f words (not only the four letter variety), and him trying to start his car after it was already running.

This is the individual who one time walked all the way across the building with his BIL to threaten to beat someone up. HR told them not to do that again…..
