This is 100% incorrect. As long as the average value in the cards you send is $50 or more you're fine - as stated in the PWCC Free Vault Submissions posting they had for 3free: "Average estimated card value must be over $50". That means you can send a card valued at a buck and another valued at $99 and you're fine! I sent 252 cards with total value over six figures - some of my cards were "Valued" at only $5 - including a PSA 9 TSC Chris Webber 1st Day Issue RC These new free vault submissions are the same - as long as the average is over $50 you're fine!

Also - for those who took advantage of this and noticed PWCC split submissions - double check that they did it correctly! PWCC didn't apply the 3free code to my split orders and I've received an invoice for the second month now! I have never used PWCC to sell and only just sent them cards for the first time for the free storage and insurance so it's pretty clear my invoice should be $0. They fixed it last month and are in the process of correcting this month, and hopefully apply the proper code so I don't have to email them every month to fix for the rest of my life...

oh yeah, forgot to post but I asked and the codes are graded cards only. I specifically asked about non-graded cards because I have some cards in Panini-sealed mags which I prefer over BGS slabs, and he said they'd take them but the codes won't apply. I don't know what they charge for sealed but I have to imagine it costs more since it takes up way more space

Gonna' try chatting/calling PWCC but wanted to ask this question 1st here:

1. Say I win 10 pwcc auctions and want to put them in my vault. What's the right way to do this? Do I just message PWCC after winning the auctions, tell them this, and they'll make the shipping charge $0?
2. And then when they do that ... How do I create the submission since there's no tracking number?
3. And lastly - Can I use the "PWCCBECKETT" or "INVEST" codes to have these cards in the vault free forever? And if I can - can I use 1 code for all 10 auctions or is it for each individual card?

Thanks so much. Depending on the answers to these questions, will drastically change my bidding in coming auctions.

Do you have a Vault account?

Set up your eBay address to the Vault address and make it the primary.

They will know. I recently bought 3 cards and tried to set up an INVEST vault submission and they created one on their own that just says "auction". Mine was only 3 cards so I didn't bother asking my contact to change it. The monthly charge wouldn't be worth it. For 10 card Id contact your contact if you have one or just email CS and see if they will add it.

I was told to make it the primary... not sure if it matters.

Yeah. I created a vault submission with the cards I won using the INVEST promo code and they made a new vault submission for my 3 cards. It didn't have the INVEST code. I could have contacted my guy and he probably would have fixed it. If you don't have a contact...i'd just ask CS to make the change so you're not charged. I think they would.

I have been having an issue with having to ask for a shipping refund every time I win something from PWCC and have them move it directly to the vault. The guy told me to make the vault address my primary, because when you win an auction from them it automatically sends you an invoice, but if it recognizes the vault address, it will adjust shipping to zero on the invoice. I haven't tried it yet, but actually just switched it so if I bid on stuff in the upcoming auction it'll hopefully change shipping to zero, and also I'm hoping to have the submission linked so I can slap a free code on it. The only thing I'll have to deal with is if I win other auctions that I want sent directly to me, I need to manually adjust my address at checkout so I'm not sending $2 PWEs to the vault.

Logged into PWCC tonight and noticed they now have unlimited Vault submissions through September 30th. Use code FREEVAULT and every card over $250 will be free forever. Cards under $250 will be charged a one time $3 fee.

you can't go digging around in people's vaults unless you're a famous DJ



I saw the promo too, I haven't even finished using the other free promo codes, they must be making a ton off transaction fees once they get people to move more stuff on their platform for these to be worthwhile.

oh, and they released an app today, so no more keeping an open browser on my phone. it's a nice interface and loads hi-res pics of your cards really fast. very nice timing to have this out right before National, I wonder if this will get people to show off their inventory and perform transfers in person

Yeah... That app is sweet.

I could see that coming in handy next week in Chicago. I clicked a couple of my cards but didn't see an option to transfer cards to another buyer. If that is available.... That could be a game changer. No longer have to carry cards with you just show your phone/tablet and complete the transaction.

Toggle off your primary address.

Fill in the person's home address or PWCC Vault address.

Oh ok, I saw the ship button. Hopefully they come up with a transfer option where you just have to type in a code [Gx4#(Zop0*Y] for example and it's transferred to their account. People could have business cards on hand and sellers at shows could have it posted behind them. Each account would have a unique code and each would confirm with a pin number.

p.s. personally i think inflating their shipping amounts is a douchey way of getting people to use their "vault." But that's just me.

As for the PWCC Vault new special of no fees for cards over $250, otherwise it is $3 per card.

Please correct me if I am wrong, isn't the code of "INVEST" from Sportscards investors, cover all cards including those under $250. that will save some $$$'s if they happen to price some of the cards to be under $250.

That special is good until September also.... !!
