The Packers really hate putting games away.

As for the interest in the game....I've been getting killed on college basketball lately so I took a few days off from gambling. This is the only game I've bet on today. I will bet on the second game if I win this one.

Pettine getting stuck once again with five defensive linemen, dropping Dean Lowry into coverage...what is he even doing?

Goff was in this spot needing a TD to tie NE late in the Super Bowl.
He promptly led them down the field only to have a dropped TD.
Better result this time?

Extra down lineman, three man rush, soft zone coverage. Green Bay is daring them to pick up all the yardage they want. Pettine insists on prevent defense starting around the late second quarter.

That Reynolds drop killed the Rams offense.

Really?

He's played pretty damn well for a guy with 3 pins in him thumb.

19/22 passing, with one bad drop.

Nice of McVay to burn a timeout there on a down you weren't going to convert.

I never understood a play being called that leaves an eligible receiver short of tye first down marker on third down.

This isn't an isolated comment based on todays game. Goff just isn't that good. He is okay, at best. If he wasn't thought to be healthy enough to play, Bortles would be out there. It also has nothing based on his passing stats. He has taken unnecessary sacks where he could have thrown the ball away.

Maybe he was doing that in practice thanks to the glove and the team got used to it. They've managed to catch 19 of 22 so far.

Us Rams fans are pumped, I can tell you.
This is the effort we've seen from them in every other game short of the mystifying performance against the Jets.

That Donald unsportsmanlike early is looming pretty large.
FG for GB then instead of the TD would have LA within 3.

Rodgers' time to shine.

If GB wins, I'll root them on, out of the NFC certainly, but let's see how this one turns out...

Big difference between okay and horrendous.

I'm a Cleveland Browns fan. I've seen horrendous.

Branden Weeden is horrendous.

Johnny Manziel was horrendous.

Deshone Kizer was horrendous.

Green Bay's ability to get pressure with only 3 or 4 rushing is the key to this game. They have pretty much limited the Rams passing game. Anything 5 yards or longer is completely shut down.

And that was supposed to be the Rams getting that kind of pressure.

Not at all.

Big third down here, Green Bay can put this game on ice with a TD (or even a field goal, really) on this drive.
