I just saw the $10 bump per service level. This sucks as I was opting for 2-day at $50 per and now it's $60 per. I changed to 5-day service level for a 5 card order. This sucks.

I sent in 4 cards for the 10-day service on June 1st (with subs). USPS tracking confirmed they received the cards on June 4th. When should I expect them to actually enter the order into their system?

BGS received 6/4
BGS order received email 6/8
BGS deadline 6/9

Cards were done and shipped on 6/9 and I received them today.

Looks like BGS raised their insurance prices as well as the rates for their ground shipping option.

I shipped a 7 item 10day w/o subs order on June 8 that was delivered on friday,i wonder if they'll try hitting me up for the difference in insurance/ground service prices.

They say they double check the order form before charging, but I'm not sure that's true. I recently used the online sub form, and somehow it automatically added the autograph fee to my two cards *which were NOT autographed cards*..I gave them a heads up, and they said "don't worry, we'll double check the form before charging"...yet they still charged me for auto's on each card

Although, I bet if the error ISN't in their favor, they will prob catch it then.

I'm not worried seeing that its only an additional few dollars more but I'm just curious to see if they go that route for so little amount. I'll post the results here if they do along with how long my turnaround is.

i sent a package via usps overnight on friday and this is what the status says of yesterday (saturday) when they tried to deliver... will BGS come pick this up tomorrow on monday or will usps try to redeliver? just making sure that this is normal! thanks

ok good to know! it's kind of scary sending literally $10k worth of cards in the mail lol and only including a sheet of paper with your name and info on it!!!! should be a fun few days hoping that i get some great grades on some classic Jordan inserts!!!

No need to worry, but when customers are shipping $10k packages, it's not an easy weekend to sit through. I'm always terrified putting anything in the mail. Anything can happen when a package is not accounted for. So if possible (and it is possible), it would be nice if someone on their end could accept the packages, and send out that "we received your order" email.

Anyone watch Undercover Boss? These grading companies desperately need someone to do that. I bet a few days of working there and observing can solve a few problems. Not my business, not my place to say how things should be run, but even from far away I can say they need staff there on the weekends to at least accept packages. They should be up and running double time. Have a night shift, weekend shift, and still be able to continue with the limited staff and guidelines of social distancing or whatever.
