Just checked, got the cancelation email this morning. Sucks, was really looking forward to this one. Wonder if they'll have copies in store. Anyone order and NOT get a cancelation email?

Ordered 10 as well and got the same email today.

The ordering process was a complete mess. Had to put in 4 diff orders for only one to actually go thru (All got confirm emails, 2nd order was only one that was not cancelled until now).

Then they get hacked and compromise our email and personal info and now this.

I'm chatting with their CS on Twitter, they claim my card did not authorize the charge, which is why it was cancelled. I used my B&N credit card, and they had no problem using it for preorder on the signed John Lithgow book, which I already got, so sounds like a BS excuse. Waiting to hear back from them.

I will add though, I found out PayPal is not the best for preorders, I used them to preorder the Lego Razor Crest months ago from Lego directly, when it came time to charge, it had been so long the PayPal authorization cancelled. In that case though Lego emailed me and I was able to call and give them updated payment info.

Edit: B&N response to me telling them it wasn't my card, and asking if payment can be switched.

"Once an order is canceled. it cannot be reinstated. We're sorry for any disappointment."

Edit 2: I asked if this will be sold in stores, and was told "Unfortunately, the Signed Edition is not available at any B&N stores."
I really don't trust anything they say at this point, so take that as you will.

Just received my BAM McConaghuey shipping notification. I was having a bad feeling about this the past couple of days but they shipped just 1 day later than promised.

BAM told me via email they didn’t get as many so they are limiting to 1 per order. I replied “yeah, cool but I only ordered one” and they just said they’re still awaiting stock from the publisher and none have shipped yet

Mine has also been cancelled. I would have purchased it the other day on that other site if I knew this would happen. now it's not available there either. ugh

on top of it, I bet they now charge me shipping on the other book I pre-ordered with this one.
